I started taking this exact brand and dosage in 2024; I lost weight and felt I was more muscular overall; in 2025 I could not find this anywhere, so I took other brands and dosages. They did nothing for me ! Then earlier this yr, this 1200mg dosage was once again in play. I take 2 in the mornin and two in afternoon. I am 60yrs old..6'2 and weigh 235. I'm muscular and have loads of energy. This product right here is without question the best amino out there ! Buy it, lift hard, and eat ur whole foods ! You can take 3 daily; I like 4 to 6.
