GirOrganic A2 Pure Ghee,Vedic Bilona Method 500ml

I've been using Gir Organic A2 Ghee for the last 2.5 years, and it has become a staple in our home. I also started giving it to my daughter when she turned 1 year old, and we've had a good experience with it.The ghee has a rich aroma, authentic taste, and excellent quality. We use it daily with rice, rotis, dal, and for homemade dishes. The quality has remained consistent across purchases, which is why I keep coming back.The only downside is that the price is on the higher side compared to regular ghee. However, considering the quality, purity, and consistency, I feel it's worth it for those who prioritize premium A2 ghee.Overall, I'm happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality, authentic A2 ghee.

I had ordered this Gir Organic A2 Cow Ghee (500ml) pack on 3rd of January, 2021. I was satisfied with the PACKAGING. It was perfect. The TEXTURE of the ghee was liquid that time and it was about 11' Celsius in Kolkata. So the Ghee was liquid when I received it. But after 2 days I noticed it was getting thick as I experience with normal ghee (aashirwad ghee) during winter but still it was not in solid state, it was still near liquid state in winter. I thought of consuming it after 2 months. I started consuming it since March first week and I was surprised to see that the Gir Organic Ghee was thick as Vanaspati in texture when it was 32' Celsius in Kolkata. I had to heat the ghee bottle of Gir Organic to transfer it into another bottle. I have attached few pictures and 2 pictures with half empty bottle is the picture taken in March while the other 5 pictures were taken in January when it was in liquid state. So it's quite surprising that, in winter the ghee was in liquid state as I always used to check it's texture but when summer came the texture became SOLIDIFIED just like Vanaspati, I TILTED the bottle 90 degree but still the ghee was not moving easily as seen in the picture. I am literally confused now whether it's really worth it's price or it's not. Because I never saw ghee getting SOLIDIFIED in summer. Due to such experience I'm unable to provide a good rating to it until I get sufficient evidence regarding it's texture. The taste, it doesn't have any taste but just smells like ghee and it has the grainy TEXTURE. If u apply it on ur skin then u will notice it's very very very greasy in texture and u may need to wash ur hands twice or thrice to clean it from ur hands otherwise u will feel the greasy texture on ur skin. So I'm just confused with the texture even if it's ghee only.

I recently purchased GirOrganic A2 Pure Ghee, and I’m honestly very impressed with the quality. The aroma is rich and natural, exactly what you expect from authentic A2 ghee. It has that traditional, homemade taste that instantly reminds you of purity and proper preparation methods

Taste is good.. but Aroma isn't great.I had Satvik ghee before, it was excellent in taste and smell.

i couldn't tolerate the smell and flavor of ghee until came across this one, for the first time i did not need to use cardamon to alter the taste, i had coffee with this ghee and it was pleasant drinkable, now using this for nose drops, and other healing needs. it is worth its price, i will be buying it again.

Good quality ghee, nice texture as ghee should be and great taste.Hope that ghee is organic as the packaging says.

Good flavour and overall quality

This is a wonderful product. It is the best tasting Ghee I've found here in Australia. It's well packaged and I wouldn't worry about breakage, and it's packaging looks lovely in the kitchen. I've gone from purchasing the 500ml to 1 litre as we use it all the time, even in the toasted sandwich press.
