Very good product with apology from my side to the Vender
First time I put this into my laptop it didn’t appear to work I don’t know why and I placed a return/refund request, I got the refund without return (it was non-returnable item which I didn’t know earlier). After 1-2 days I tried it again and IT WORKED, may be earlier I didn’t tie it right. Now I wanted to pay the Supplier but don’t know how. It has been 2-3 days and it is working fine, tried restarts etc. I apologise that I placed a return/refund request on this item. In case the Supplier reads my comment: I want to refund the refund I got without return.

Caddy Cover requirement
The product was good, neither best nor bad in quality and works without fail...but the seller should add the caddy COVER... without it the laptop side look open and will collect dust in the course of time...

My lapti slot is 9mm and this 9.2mm fit perfectly compatible for both hdd and sdd but for fitting dvd cover init I need to open caddy body screws but it's a great product you can buy.

A very useful replacement for old PC's, Price was high for given quality.
Pros: *A very useful replacement for old PCs, To add SATA SSD as a CD and DVD drive is of no use these days. *Easy to install and requires no additional tools and cable. Cons: * Poor Quality product from China, It is worth 100 rupees, I bought it for two hundred and I heavily regret it. *product differs from what is shown in the image But Fits well and works as intended

Worst quality product
It is of worst quality. Don't buy it. The connection slot is loose and is moving and not holding the harddisk at its proper place.Go for some other product.
