I had the original one when it first came out years ago. The reservoir has recently become completely cracked and unusable. I have replaced the old machine with the new one which has a better quality reservoir that doesn’t need to be lifted out of sitting position, just the lid needs lifting to refill with water. New ones considerably lighter and more compact and is a gloss finish rather than metal and matt plastic that the other one is made out of. Definitely not as sturdy as the original but half the price of the original. No side button like the original but a side light turns green to tell you the unit is ready to go. Love the fact it has a simple manual lever for hot or cold drinks. Because it is so simple it has less to go wrong with it. Just like the original. If I get as many years out of it as I did the first I will be a very happy customer…. Superb coffee. And so many varieties of drink pods are available for it. Thank you.

Got this on the recommendation of a consumer ratings website and haven't been disappointed. I was very hesitant on using a "pod" machine for quality and environmental reasons, but found an adapter that lets me use my own (home) ground coffee with this machine to avoid wasteful pods. The coffee quality is good - nice crema, good taste, not bitter. I have used it with the premade pods also which was fairly easy, though making a latte-type milk drink with two pods was kind of a pain. I also like how cute it is and how little space it takes up on the counter - easy to refill the water reservoir, quick to warm up, and you can choose your volume based on when you push the slider back to off - just don't walk away or it'll overflow the cup! Does drip a tiny bit after you turn it off so leave the cup there for a minute after stopping it. Haven't tried the cold setting yet.

Makes great coffee but it has a manual cut off for your coffee so you can't leave it while it's making a cup of coffee which seems bonkers and it also has no on/off switch,you just slide the capsule holder out to switch it on which is confusing at first.But for the price it is a great machine with lots of generic capsules available.

I use this every day and really like it. I’ve tried a variety of different pods with it and they’ve all worked well, so it’s been a very versatile little machine.My main criticism is that I wish it had an automatic cut-off rather than having to stop the water manually, although at this price I can’t complain too much.It is also fairly loud when running and can vibrate a little, but neither has bothered me enough to detract from using it every day.For the price it does a great job and I’ve been very happy with it.

Basic coffee machine but good , no problems with it well put together

I must say I rely on my Nescafe Dulce coffee machine, and when my old (black/red) machine stopped working I ordered a replacement straight away. Firstly my old one was in excess of 5+ years old, used regularly and eventually the water feed stopped filling up the latte mug, I tried to clean it / flush it out but it was either the motor (very quiet) or the feed line was completely blocked. My replacement model (black only) was dispatched and received next day, well packaged. It is the same size some 28cm tall and my latte cups which are 15cm tall just fit in the collection area (note some cups will not fit!). To use the machine, it is very simple; fill the back water container, plug in and wait for the side light to flash from red to green, insert coffee pod in holder, shutting lid pierces the pod and turn top lever right (towards red for hot) and the machine slowly fills your cup. Remember to turn lever back to the “off” position at desired amount! Now it is a little noisy (please see video) but works well and produces an enjoyable cup of coffee/hot chocolate from my experience. Overall I enjoy the flat white coffee in particular, they work out at some £0.25p to £0.30p per cup using official pods. For the overall quality of machine, cost / pricing point I think they are good value and worth a 5 star rating. If you use regularly don't expect the machine to last forever but you certainly get your moneys worth.

It stopped working after 2-3 uses, the machine does not catch current from the plug once plugged in.

Aprovecha cuando salen ofertas de la misma porque por 39€ tienes una máquina de café. También si compras en Amazon puedes ver ofertas de los cafés que usa y así no te sale tan caro. En su página web te suelen dar descuentos para que compres café.
