*****Hopefully final update 7-9-26***** I'm Bumping Up Review To 5 Stars From Original 1 star.....Why? Customer service really came through. Responses were prompt/within the response time frames mentioned. I received a call from tech service in the US and after going through my scenario/current situation, it was determined that I would be receiving a replacement unit. Now, this is ICECO'S current replacement policy 5 years for the compressor is covered and there are time frames within that 5 years which will depend on the replacement unit a customer receives. 1. If the unit needs replacement within the 1st year of purchase, a brand new unit is sent out to the customer. 2. Up to 3 years....A Class "A" replacement will be sent out. It falls under "refurbished" but the only flaw will/would have been a cosmetic flaw that couldn't be sold as new. 3. Between 3-5 years, a refurbished/repaired unit will be sent out. It will have been tested to ensure everything is working as should. ***Original 5 year warranty is still in effect even with the replacement units*** It really is a beautiful unit, if a cooler could be described as such. I love the grey color and it's really a perfect combination of size, weight, portability and functionality ie dual zone for my needs. *********Original Review********* If I hadn't paid so much money, I might have given more stars. The reviews are glowing and the warranty is what really sold me. After approximately 1.5 years of actual use. It was never even used outside of the house ie it stayed in 1 location....No jarring or movement. Used it for very expensive medications to keep separate. Opened at most 1 time a day, if that. Once again, after ~1.5 years in service, the compressor has completely died. It's actually been a slow process that finally culminated yesterday. The temperature now reads 74 degrees when set to 37. I have unplugged, replugged, hard reset, different power sources ie wall & solar generator. It blows warm air with the faint and I mean faint sound of the compress and it draws between 24-30 watts top. I called customer service, only offshore available in the Philippines. While the gentleman was very nice, I requested to speak with someone in the United States and was told that is not possible and a case would be opened/ticket submitted. After scrolling through Iceco's website, I came across a number that mentioned Los Angeles. I called requesting to speak with someone in the United States and was told that they would need to forward the message and I would receive a call back. *******I was also told that I was only eligible for a refurbished unit. What exactly that means/entails, I have no idea ....Will the unit be just cosmetically a 2nd, Will it have been sent back & repaired, Is there any type of warranty on this "refurbished" unit ie the 5 year compressor? Will it have all of the functionality of my original unit? I read that a customer received a replace that didn't have the BLUETOOTH functionality of their original unit. Wil it even be the same color? I guess I'll find out soon enough, but for how much $$$ was spent I am quite dismayed to say the least. We'll see. *****Updated***** 7/5/26 I forgot to mention that upon contacting Iceco re: my Iceco GO20, I was asked for my original Amazon order #. Since it was past 2 years from my purchase of the Iceco GO20, I was informed that they had no record of purchase/were not able to locate/access my Amazon order #. I was asked for a screenshot of my original purchase/order # which I provided. I am including the email sent to me from Iceco requesting the screenshot. Keep records/documentation

This smallish cooler is light enough that it doesn't take big muscles to lift or move which makes it very versatile. We use it on every road trip. It seems to be very durable and the top clicks shut wonderfully. It will hold at least 18 - 1/2 liter bottles standing upright. The cooler gets to temperature within 4 minutes and cycles on - off to hold temperature within a range of about 5 degrees from setting. The fact that the whole area can be used as a freezer makes this even better. We live in a rural area and are about 90 miles from the warehouse club. Now we are able to purchase frozen items and make the trip home without any thaw. I have also used a portable 12V power generator to keep the cooler running overnight. The phone app makes it very easy to set or change temperatures when the cooler is in the cargo section. After 2 years of use, I have no negative issues to report, which is a testament to the quality of this unit.

I've used this fridge nearly constantly for the last year as I've been traveling around the country in my car. It's so great not to need to deal with a cooler and getting ice. I use an EcoFlow River 2 Pro to keep it running and charge that from my car when it's on. The whole system has worked great and kept my food cold. Recently, the Iceco fridge started reading a high temperature on the display and ran the compressor constantly, freezing the food inside. After talking with Iceco support, it appears that the temperature sensor is faulty and cannot be replaced. Despite being a few months out of the 1 year general warranty, Iceco has offered to send me a new unit. So despite it failing, I'm still giving this 5 stars for the customer service and the manufacturer standing by their product. Hopefully the next unit will last longer.

This is the second ICECO fridge/freezer we have purchased over the past few years. The first unit is a large permanent fixture in our cargo camper conversion. We purchased this smaller unit moves between our truck and our camper. During long camping outings, we are required to buy additional food from local grocery stores. Unfortunately, some local stores are more than a 1/2 hour away from our campsite. We need cold storage that was more portable. I like the fact that a wall can be added to create a separate fridge/freezer. The wall can be removed for a full fridge or freezer. This unit works flawlessly, my only reason for 4 stars is the price. It is quite expensive for what it is.

I’ve been using the ICECO GO20 for a while now and it has been a great addition for our camping and road trips. The dual zone setup worked well for our needs, by maintaining drinks perfectly chilled on one side while keeping frozen stuff completely solid on the other side without hassle. Given its smaller size, it fits great in the back of the vehicle and the build quality feels solid and well made Performance wise, this fridge has fit our needs well; it cools the items relatively quickly after plugging it in, and the compressor is power efficient given the performance. It runs quiet enough that I barely notice it's there, even when sleeping in close proximity to it. Also, it draws little power from my 12V setup, which gives me peace of mind when we're off the grid for a few days and trying to manage battery life On top of that, their customer service team is top notch. I reached out to them recently with a temperature sensor issue and their team was responsive and communicative throughout the process. It’s rare to find a company that makes a high quality product and actually back it up with solid customer service

I recently purchased the ICECO portable cooler for my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality and performance. I set it to the most basic mode of 0F freezer, 39F fridge. After running for a while to cool down, It states that the freezer is 0F and the fridge is 39F, even though the freezer is more like 10 degrees according to multiple thermometers. Then the fridge drops all the way to 32 (freezing) and the freezer is still around 10F even though the display says 0F. I let it run for another hour. Now the display still says the temps are 0F/39F, but the freezer is 0F and the Fridge is 30F (freezing). I guess if I want my ice cream frozen, I get frozen veggies too. Tried to get tech support, and customer service sends me an email to reply to, and I have to hope tech support ever calls me back. Tried it on single zone mode, and the compressor pulls almost 70 watts and sounds like a baby rattle, even when the fridge has reached it's set temperature, and the compressor is just cycling to maintain the temp. I don't think this is really a dual zone fridge. I think it just cools the freezer side some fixed amount more and prays that the temps just work out. I don't think this has any sort of intelligent temperature sensing and valve control on the cooling for the two zones. If it does have real dual zone control, then its performance is particularly sad. The zone divider fits rather loosely, and likely does a very poor job of isolating the temperatures of the two sizes. Sometimes the display and app show nonsense temperatures, such as -8 degrees for the fridge size, or big temp jumps of 10+ degrees. There is no firmware update in the app, so perhaps ICECO never plans to fix anything with this fridge. The touch buttons are very flakey. You have to press them with just the right amount of force to get them to work. I have very little confidence that the buttons will last. Finally, if they just made it an inch taller, a gallon or half gallon of milk would fit. I guess they don't want it competing with the next larger size fridge. I would give this fridge zero stars if I could, especially as it is expensive, and made by what is supposed to be a reputable brand. Returning after one day of evaluation.

10/10 would recommend! First, this is a great refrigerator! ive used it for 1.5 years and it works perfectly every time! We use it for camping and it is incredible efficient on our battery and the size and features are great! Second, their customer service team is INCREDIBLE !! I ran into a tiny issue and they went above and beyond to help me, you rarely see that in a company now a days plus they have a 1 and 5 year warranty which is really good! Mini fridges are common to have little issues here and there so I'd highly recommend going with a brand like icoco that has a good product and great service!

I purchased my GO20 in June of 2023 and it has been in constant use for 2 yr and 10 months. I have it set up and powered by my Bluetti AC200 MAX which is able to keep it going for a week. As a senior (84) who no longer uses his RV, I wanted an emergency option during power failures and my setup did save some ice cream and other frozen food during a 4 day power outage. Normally I set the GO20 to 10 C, and keep my produce in it. Bananas will keep for a week. It is a great fridge and the customer service has been fantastic. You won't go wrong with the G020

Après deux ans, d'utilisation en continu, je peux affirmer que cette glacière est un excellent choix. Je l'utilise autant pour mon travail que pour le camping et pour une personne, c'est vraiment idéal! Je recommande fortement d'acheter Le sac doublé, puisqu'elle se dernier a des attaches qui vous permettra de l'attacher. À une structure de votre voiture pour plus de sécurité en cas d'accident. Certes il y a peu d'espace. Par contre, en utilisant des contenants carrés, qui optimise l'espace, vous serez surpris de tout ce qu'on peut y mettre! Bon camping!

We had a different brand of cooler that we raved about until it quit after 3 seasons. A few other campers expressed no surprise at that and recommended ICECO. So far we are very pleased. It is well made and performed well its first season. Time will tell
