Balter-D 4 PCS Lawn Mower Blade Sharpener for Any Power Drill Hand Drill

I mow my own lawn...so what? I like it. I get some sun, listen to some good podcasts....it's nice.Don't be lazy. Get outside. Take care of your house, it's likely your largest investment. And do a good job...have some pride for cryin out loud. If you are going to do something, do it right. These will help.

The blades on my 2nd hand ride 'em mower couldn't be removed as the bolts had rusted tight.I removed the deck, chucked one in my drill and the blade was sharper for the process.Balanced?--Who knows!Wicked sharp?--nope!Noticeably sharper?--yup!Less expensive/less frig than going to the shop?--heck yah!I'd buy them again, but I suspect the 7 will last me a long time.I've sharpened the mower once and didn't even blow out one of the grinders.(please wear eye protection, I'm guessing it would be easy to break one--but I didn't do that, so maybe it isn't easy, Hey, using eye protection is less expensive than losing eyesight).

Did a great job on my mower blades. They only had 1 season on them prior to using the sharpeners. It did take small spurs out also from rock hits. I used an electric drill for higher RPM’S

They worked fairly well, It was hard at first to get it in the drill but then it was easy. There were 4 in this case, I didn't really need all of them but hay I have extras.

I was hopeful...but it would take me an hour to sharpen one blade with this thing. Gimmicky. Back to the grinder that works in about 1 minute. Waste of time and money.

It works as described. I would imagine that you will need to balance the blade every so often, but for a couple quick sharpening s it is well worth it.

I thought I would chuck this up in my portable drill and sharpen my mower blade. I was wrong. The grinder just bounces around. It might work if it was chucked in a drill press and the blade was drawn through.
