Works well overall, and I noticed it helps me relax and settle in at night, which supports a better night’s sleep. The only downside is the taste, which it’s quite strong and not very pleasant, which makes it a bit harder to take consistently. Aside from that, it’s a solid product I’d still recommend.

I've been struggling with some insane insomnia for the past 3 months, the first time in my life. Tried all possible drug store sleeping aids, including Valerian root supplement in pill form, nothing worked. Only this extract finally helped me to turn off my brain at night. And overall I feel calmer, let go of small irritating things much quicker or just don't notice them at all. The extract's taste is sweet, and it smells like a valerian root is supposed to smell. No roses smell, but easily tolerable. It is a bit pricy, but it is so worth it, that I bought 2 more bottles LOL

This is a new way of calming down for me. I all of a sudden became sensitive to your other calm me down products. I don’t drink alcohol for my own health choices. CBD THC pretty much anything the average person would use to calm down with has an adverse effect on me. So I did research and came upon this. VALERIAN ROOT. I’ve only used it three different days and it truly works. It calms you down as far as anxiety or panic feeling. Like any other method of calming this does the trick. I did find I took it too many times one day and couldn’t snap out of the slow motion mode. Therefore causing me to be sleepy. It is all natural and pretty decent price with the taste not bad either. It would last a month if you use as you are directed to. I suppose depending on your own needs. Do your own research B. C. Everyone has different views on certain ideas as far as their own comfort zone., I’m happy I found my own calming vice.

The smell is awful. I didn’t really feel like it helped me sleep better. I would not recommend buying this product.

I’ve been trying to improve my evening routine and wanted something simple to try. I usually take it while I’m winding down before bed. It’s easy to use and fits naturally into my nighttime routine. I like that it helps me relax as I’m settling down for the night. Overall it’s been a nice addition to my routine so far.

I bought this to try for myself, not knowing that it would end up being for my cats! I didn't know cats love valerian root! They go crazy! For me, it does help me relax. The taste is what you'd expect, not the best. For my cats, I put a few drops in their cat beds and trees. They roll around and then fall asleep. Apparently, it works well! It is pretty potent.
