Not sure what you mean. If your asking how long it lasts, I use at night and I get 3 months out of it.

Is this product ok to use for retinol/retinal beginners?

I have used retinol products previously and decided to try this retinal product. I've been using it for about a month now with no issues. It will be a few months before I can comment on how well it works---
