Assembly was… not tricky but not easy. Some of the threaded ends didnt fit through the wood. So you have to play with it a bit to get it put together. Otherwise it is nice and sturdy. Doesnt intrude on the room too much. I wish it had a rung or 2 more but othwise its great

The ladder matches the description and pictures exactly. Assembly is easy. Tools are not needed for assembly of the ladder, but are required for mounting on the wall. The sheet rock anchors included held the ladder firmly with no give or wiggle when I tugged at it.

Poor quality. Holes not even drilled correctly to install. Also, it was clear we received an already returned product. Shop elsewhere - especially for the price.

Ordered this and the wrong parts were included. In fact, 4 parts were the wrong length. Was told I can get a partial refund. Get transferred to a different individual in another department. I was told that I could wait for the replacement to be delivered then have to send the other back, after taking the needed pieces. Just have to spend money on a defective product going to Home Depot to see if I can piece this trash product together.

It's great for holding our towels or blankets! Only advice, you will need to seal it with something to help with moisture and paint peeling.

This a great towel hanger for my bathroom! I have large thick towels and the hanger is generous enough to hold 4 of the beautifully.

Towel rack was easy to install, sturdy and looks great! So many of my visitors have complimented it and asked where they could purchase the same item.

Builder gave us limited space and one towel bar for our towels so this was a great sturdy option to hang our towels up in the bathroom.
