Great texture with little affect on the foods it's added to!
I've always used and loved Cain's mayonaise but when this product came up for sale on Amazon, I thought I'd give it a try. I was truly amazed at how it did not flavor the foods.....like the delicate crab meat or shrimp.... but just added the mayo texture and moisture to these salads. This is really a delightful, light but creamy mayo. If the price were right again, I'd buy it again! I recommend this organic mayo to anyone who can afford it. It really is different from any mayonaise I have ever tried.....AND I LIKE IT!
