I brought this as a gift for my mum for Mother’s Day it arrived very quickly but the saucer was broken so I contacted the seller who immediately replaced the item without any fuss I had to give it to my mum early as I won’t see her on Mother’s Day and she absolutely loved it

Didn’t open straight away and one cup was broken and I was outside the returns date.

Lovely little gift for one of my residents, sadly the saucer was smashed into about 6 pieces. I couldn’t be bothered with the faff of sending it back so I’m going to gift the pot and cup on their own, they still look good without the saucer. It was well packaged around the sides of the box but nothing under it so I guess that’s how it got broken.
