What temperaures are reached in milling the chocolate? i.e. is it truly raw?

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us. The Cacao powder is not processed at higher than 212F to still be considered raw. Our Cacao powder is 100% raw and organic. Thank you, Bethany Terrasoul Superfoods

I drink a green drink every morning. Would you recommend adding this to it and if so how much?

Terrasoul Superfoods Cacao Powder can be added to your Green Drink.

geeze how do you get this stuff to dissolve it floats like Styrofoam, so frustrating

To dissolve the cacao powder you have to use hot water and stir it until it is dissolved. There are some particles which won't dissolve, but most of the powder will. If you don't want to have it as a hot drink put the amount of powder you want in a cup and add enough water to cover it completely and a little more, and then stir. Once dissolved, add cold water for a cold drink.
