its software does what it supposed to cannot say anything better but this is the best value antivirus software to buy

Have been using this for many years and are confident that I am safe from lots of troubles that others have who do not use Norton protection. A great price compared to many other sellers and includes Norton Utilities for 10 devices. My d licence still had a month’s use and this was transferred to the new licence, by Norton. The download and setup process was very simple.

Does the job in terms of virus protection but now has endless pop ups trying to get you to upgrade/pay for some extra service. Also teases you with a free extension if you switch on auto renew and end up getting charged full whack (around £80+) if you forget to switch it off again. Don’t forget you need to enter your credit/debit cards details to activate the product in the first place. Very annoying when you have bought a license from Amazon. Always switch off auto renew and just buy a copy from Amazon when on offer and keep it until your year is up. Also advise uninstalling old version before doing a fresh install. The aggressive marketing tactics do somewhat take the shine off an otherwise excellent product. Hope this helps

Norton antivirus works perfectly for me.

Not installed this 2022 version yet. Used to totally rely on Norton for many years until they were forcing customers to subscribe and won't let them install without providing credit card details, even though custoemrs have bought the CD version in the post from Amazon ! Don't much care for bureacracy of EU but was glad on this that EU ticked off Norton for being naughty. (So hopefully by the time I install this a year from now (always have spare Internet Security software on the office shelf) I would not be forced to provide credit card number as this was bought as delivered in the post version. For the BlackFriday price of £12.99 from Amazon, you have to agree this is good value because if any of your machines are hit by malware, you would have headache and require lots of time and patience to sort it out. So a score of 5 stars no quibble. I tried a couple of other security software in the past but all my work machines are protected by Kaspersky as first choice and Norton as second choice because there have been less false positives with Kaspersky (based on last 20 years of using them).

Been buying Norton security in its various guises for many years now, always been easy to install and good protection. It identified numerous dodgy websites, iffy downloads etc over the years. Good that it covers all our PCs, phones and tablets. Added some useful features in recent years. Happy to pay for good internet protection rather than rely on so called unknown 'free' software and with competative prices, for what it protects it is very good value. Always been better value to buy from places like Amazon and install/update on a yearly basis rather than use the auto renew, although you have to remember to switch this off after install nowadays.

Great product But now full of silly not helpful pop ups . Those are so annoying. It's supposed to work in the back ground. Nit be an aggressive marketing tool. May be looking for something different with less pop ups and less aggressive marketing within the product on the next renewal. Also Why the ultra expensive auto renewal. When the product is less than a quarter of the price retail.

I am very disappointed with this item and angry with myself as well as with Amazon. I ordered the version with an activation code sent by post, well in advance of the date my existing Norton product expired. When it arrived, I put it away in a drawer without looking at it too carefully (which is why I'm angry with myself.) When I came to use it today, I again didn't look too carefully (I've been using Norton for around 20 years) and used the licence on 6 separate devices. I'm going away for a few days and specifically wanted this version because of the VPN facility. After struggling for quite a while trying to enable this on my phone and tablet, I was cursing Symantec (sorry, Symantec!) at how difficult it was to enable this feature. None of the potential fixes I found online helped at all - the screenshots and instructions didn't tally with what I was seeing. Only after it dawned on me that I was using a different version of the program did I dig the packaging out of the bin to find that I had received not 'Norton 360 Premium' but 'Norton Security Premium' - which doesn't come with VPN and has less Cloud storage. To make matters worse, the Amazon return window has now closed. UPDATE: After much more investigation, I've discovered that the 'correct' version can be downloaded and installed from Norton's web site. It's not easy - but it is possible. Download from the Norton 'My account- subscription' page, Save (not run) and make sure you run 'DSP-N360-ESD-22.19.8.65-EN.exe' - NOT .NS-ESD-22.9.3.13-EN.exe' from C:\Users\Public\Downloads\Norton.
