Cheaply made, not worth the money & the hassle of returning
I was excited to get this! I took it out of the bubble wrap and it already sounded like something was broke inside. I attached it to my vent and then took it out and put it on another vent (trying to get that perfect spot) and when I did the rubber off the back came off into my vent!! This product is cheaply made and should only cost a few dollars. I am not happy with it but don't have time to take it to a UPS store to return it. DO NOT BUY!

Did not fit iPhone XS Max
It did not fit my iPhone XS Max with a thin case on it. I’m not mad, it just didn’t fit tho. :)

Stones falling out
Soon as i took it out the box two stones fell off by the time i put my phone in it two more stones fell out it feels weak not to sturdy poorly made but looks cute in the car.

Pretty but also delicate
This is so pretty but it’s delicate as well. I was impressed only with the bling part- which got messed up a bit. However, I am not impressed with the quality and durability of the product.

I have had it for less than a month and this holder has already lost some of the gems that are on it.

Good while it lasted
Loved the look while it lasted. Everyone who got in u car thought it was beautiful/fancy. My only complaint is the rubber that holds it in place melted from the heat which caused it to no longer stay clipped in place. Had to replace
