Hi, is santa and both rudolph double sided? There seems to be people suggesting yes/no to this question? Thanks in advance, Tony.

Yes, this is double sided, you can see it just as good outside as it looks inside

Can they be stuck on the outside?

No not outside, also they are a lot smaller than they look

Do you have to stick them on outside of window so it’s facing outside

The printed side of the clings is not as sticky as its back side, so you need to stick them on outside of the window if you want it facing outside.
