No zippers at all, but there is no hoping stuff doesn't fall out. There are several slits along the outside that you slide stuff in. They tend to close back up enough to not worry about things falling out if you leave it at that. However, you can load stuff up and flip the belt around so that the slits are facing in (towards your body) so there is not way for anything to slide out. Hence the flipbelt name. Realize this belt is meant to be a comfortable snug around your body limiting movement of items stored inside. If you get the right size you will find this belt really comfortable and items secure.

It is true to size. I am a medium and I bought a medium it fits perfect and does not ride up. If you wear it alone (without phone for example) it does bunch up.... But I have never had it ride up. I wear it everyday now.
