The Witch Doctor's Guide To ServiceNow: Knowledge is around to be shared, not to be forgotten

There is a lot of very helpful and useful information in this book.Having said that, the editor/publisher did not bother to fix the grammatical errors, nor provide an index, nor ensure that the table of contents page numbers matched up to the actual content. Very annoying and disappointing.

Most true Gurus are a little bit addled in how they explain their passions. This is exactly how I feel about this book. He struggles with English a bit, and the index is near worthless...BUT if you take the time and read through it....it's amazing.My tip to you is to have a highlighter on hand when reading this book. You will want to use this as your main reference for advanced admin work. I've been to training courses and studied very hard on this application, and this book had tips in it that NEVER came up.

The information in this book is spot on, and very useful. It is obvious, however, that English is not the author's first language, and this makes it difficult to read at times.

This is good, honest work from a person with passion. Not to be read as a novel, but rather be a part of your library. It is a very good, compact guide to various things in the platform that can be easy to miss. It's updated to Madrid, so it's 'future proof' until the *next* iteration of ServiceNow.Well done. Get this book. Put it in your library.

For beginners it can be a bit cryptic; however, it does provide great insight and ideas.

This book is well written and easy to follow. Use it often for reference in performing my work.

Wow, not only is this a great book for items and functionality in ServiceNow that you may or may not know exist, but it doubles up as a great reference guide as well. Looking forward to more great ServiceNow books by Goran..

Amazing book. Worth the money

I've used ServiceNow for 5 years as a developer and a consultant and I've learnt so much from this book it's cram packed with golden nuggets of information in an easy to digest format. I highly recommend this book to anyone involved with ServiceNow development

I bought this book as I watch Goran's ServiceNow videos on YouTube and LinkedIn.This is a very good collection of tips, tricks and shortcuts.I can see that ServiceNow have included some of Goran's tips into their official training material. That shows the value of the contents in this book.Keeping issues with formatting and editing aside, this is a fantastic book to own for anyone who works on Servicenow.

Estoy muy contento con la compra. Mi edición está actualizada a la release Madrid. El libro cuenta con explicaciones muy sencillas y bien hechas, recomendaciones y captítulos dedicados desde la configuración más básica hasta ejemplos de scripting más complejos.

Llego a tiempo y en buenas condiciones, recomiendo ampliamente este libro, tiene información que puede ayudarte en tu día a día con los tips, de mucha ayuda si vas empezando en NOW y si ya tienes tiempo te servirá como referencia.

That was a good read! I’d recommend this book to anyone working as an admin/dev with ServiceNow. Can’t tell you how many hours of my life I’d have back if I’d read this book or an equivalent 8 years ago! Also thank you for the introduction to the Syntax Editor Macros, the .logObject, and logTail! That new info pays for the book! I’m always blown away that even after all this time there are still more surprises under the hood!
