A fantastic resource of useful, easy to digest information and recipes to heal at home. First discovered the author on YouTube where she talks about this “miracle” product on her channel and on others as a guest interviewee. Highly recommend this book, it’s one of the few that I do not lend out, because it might be likely I’d not see it again!

If you plan on using DMSO then this book will give you some important information The main thing about putting DMSO on your body or knee or hand is to make sure the area is washed clean and dry Then after applying DMSO wait till it is absorbed and dry before having clothes contact your skin in case some dye or contaminant is carried through your skin by the DMSO

I bought the book as soon as it was released, but tbh I thought it was a little sparse with information. Also I didn’t link the chronic eczema or asthma I developed a few months after I started using it topically on my face with aloe vera. You’d think that would be so harmless right? However after 4 years of worsening symptoms I came across a few bits of info that casted doubt on DMSO…enough to make me stop using it completely…and within a very short time my symptoms completely resolved. I’m not saying DMSO doesn’t have its place as a medicine used carefully, but it does break down into sulphites and other toxic compounds in the body and can cause issues

This book is well written, based on good research and authoritative. It has helped me in more ways than I can list here. Based on her knowledge and abilities as seen in this book, I am convinced that the author could have medical or scientific accreditation, considered more prestigious by many, if she so desired. She is focused on being honest.

Great information on what DMSO is and how to use it. It's well written and easy to understand. I've tried one of the recipes and tried it orally. It definitely has a garlic taste which can be overwhelming but it has helped some with my ailment. I keep it close to hand always looking for ways I can experiment more with it and see what results I get.
