Product was good but low sound poor battery charging....
Product is good but the practical problem which I was noticed following...a. battery charging was very poor condition, its displayed low battery with beep sound....b. incoming call ringing sounds very lower( not audible). Kindly reply where shall I go & give this TATA phone for above serve.

Bought it for mom except she could not read SMS in it. This has no vernacular text either. Good for any BSNL or deep penetrating frequency SIM card. Sorry, no data connection in this device.
