Tech Safe Secure BackpackThe Shape of the backpack is great, like most backpacks there are multiple outside pockets and a laptop/tablet sleeve in the back and 2 larger pockets and 1 small pocket for pens etc. This backpack lacks this and if had to bring a binder or a larger object this backpack is unable to fulfill that. Inside is fuzzy but pockets are too small for a iPad, ample space for a laptop and a external USB port. The seller should make major modifications to this backpack to make it more of a every day use solution.

Excellent customer service, bag not so much
I got the Mupack within a day of ordering it off amazon. The bag was just as advertised except after setting my combination the lock got stuck. It would not respond to the default 000 and would also not respond to my new passcode. I tried several variations and random numbers. After looking at different reviews it seems like this is rare but it happens.

fixing to travel to Thailand. Fits 2 laptops extra battery, 2 cell phones camera, and all accessories. Yes the lock works to keep the honest people out while you put your bag in the overhead compartment while you sleep.

Good for laptop carrier... Good price. May want a few more features.
Sleek design. Greatbsize, not too big, lots of inside pockets which is nice. Waterproof cover included. The zipper pull broke within a month, but easy to fix myself. No water bottle holder. No outside pocket, except one very little one for keys or something.

Very small. Even if it has lots of pockets they cannot be used if you have more than one book to carry.

Lock broke on 1st use
Lock combination quit working first time used. Had to use bolt cutter to cut zipper handles off so we could open. Lock is jammed

Love this back pack especially the hood and charger.

Shoddy Quality
Interior stitching tore in multiple places after 4 months of daily use. Really liked the functionality, size, and layout of the bag but it's not of good quality.
