I'm a strange bird. I want my drinks to be as cold as possible and to stay that way as long as possible without ice diluting the contents. For many years I used dollar store mugs, but over time they fell to the floor and broke. I'm glad I took a chance on this pair. After a stint upside down in the freezer, they keep liquids cold for a long time. As a bonus, they don't sweat as my old mugs did. I knew they were a quality product when I saw the superior way they were packaged when I received them.

Very high quality, above and beyond what I expected.

I bought these mugs as a gift for my parents. They loved them and were very happy with them. However, a few months later, one of the handles broke off one of them and a week later the handle broke off the 2nd one. My mother took very good care of them, hand washed them, towel dried them, etc. I'm very disappointed in this product and to be quite honest, I'm a little embarrassed that they had to inform me about this b/c I thought was giving them a great gift that would last longer than a few months. I sent a message to the company about this issue a couple of weeks ago, and they never responded back --not even an apology for their inferior product or anything. Please don't waist your money on this junk.
