Works as good as any other fitness watch
For its price point it gets the job done. It’s easy to pair up with your phone and use at an instant. Went running at the marina today and to my surprise it worked well at its 50 dollar price point. I think the selling point of the product is that it’s able to measure body fat in that I’ve never seen this in any other watch (I believe). Other than that this is a great alternative to other fitness watches.

Do Not Buy
I so wanted to like this fit watch, but after two days and nothing but a hassle, I returned it.I opened the box and tried to set the app up. After awhile, I called Amazon for help. 3 hours 30 minutes later, still no resolutions to all of the problems I was having. Amazon was trying so hard!!! The only way to reach the fit watch company is by an email address that only Amazon can provide. There is NO phone number, there is no other way to reach this company!!I have sent three emails to this company in two days. They did not answer my questions to my problems, but would only ask questions, ridiculous questions, like if I am using the right app. (Yes, I am! )Here are issues I had:1-Took forever to get the app to fix from Metric system to Imperial. Imperial is what USA uses. The options they provide are "Metric" and "British". Since the British also use Metric, seems redundant. Turns out, "British" was what I needed for "Imperial". Makes absolutely NO sense!2-In the "Me" section of the app, once I put in my info and left that page, it would reset itself...back to Metric, and back to wrong info about me. I tried way too many times to count (including deleting and reinstalling the app...a lot) and it would not keep my information.3-Sleep information is wrong on the app. First, it is in military time, only. (I have asked several times how do I fix this, and the company does not understand what I mean.) The sleep information provides sleep time from 11pm to 7am. That is it. I fell asleep at 8pm on a Sunday night and awoke at 5:30am Monday. It never acknowledged me sleeping from 8pm until it starts at 11pm. It began me sleeping at 11pm, though I had been asleep already for three hours. In the middle of the night. I was awake. It did not acknowledge I was awake. I know I was awake because I was watching tv. (I have insomnia.) I had a nap during the day. It did not record me napping.4-The fit watch has several options for working out. But it serves no purpose. It does not tally anything different if biking, running, training, etc is chosen. The standard seems to be "Training". Might as well leave it on that because nothing happens if it changes. As in, the app does not record the different workout style and workout that is done for that workout. The workout selections are weird, too. Pingpong. Seriously??! Badminton. Really?! People in the states usually work out to yoga, walking, hiking, weight training, Zumba, running, etc. Walking is not even listed as an option. Ridiculous. As I said, nothing happens on the app or watch to acknowledge one workout is different than the other. It records the heart rate, which is hard to see cause the new information is so far over to the right, it cannot be seen clearly...on the app. What is the point of choosing a workout style if it is not providing detail info about it?4-Steps are wrong. I used the treadmill for 30 minutes. It did not count any of my steps.5-I purchased this specific product for the BMI information. No matter how many times I put my info in (the part I mentioned in #1), the BMI area had my age wrong.6-The temperature on the app is way off. I was told it tracks the weather best if you live in a big city. I live in the largest city in my state and it is still wrong. What makes this fit watch get one star? 1- It is light weight. 2-Medium size screen, but not too big nor small. Screen is readable.Buy something else if wanting a fit watch. I wish this fit watch came in just watch form because I loved how light it is, and one that can be worn in water (including shower/bath), but mainly pool for longer than 30 minutes.

DOES NOT WORK OVER TATTOOS!
After several days of frustration & contacting customer service to exchanging the first watch with a new one because of the lack of response, I had an epiphany on the second day of the second watch. There's actually nothing in the instructions, nor do I believe the creators and company even know that the watch CAN NOT function over the pigment of a tattoo. This may be the reason there are a few bad reviews, but I can't be sure. To be honest, there's something lost in Translation of, "Click", and "Keep Free of Oils and STAINS". There are too many great features otherwise for this sports watch for me to list in a few sentences, And they are fantastic, but I'm so pleased that these are all available in such a small packaged item of electronics. If I plan to continue wearing this watch, unfortunately, it must be on my Right Wrist, not the left which is closer to the heart for accuracy. Also, I was in a car for about 457 of the Steps counted on my watch & over 3000 steps from the living room, into the shower, and off to the garage to head off to work. Strange. Even still some of the features are a bit spotty, and therefor I can not justify giving this a better rating than four stars. I have included pictures so you can see what I'm dealing with. The chat with customer service went very well. All three people that were talking to me were very nice, and helped me to resolve the return. Over all, I like the watch. I wish it worked better on my left arm though. :(

"Smart" yet easy to use.
I was in the market for a fitness tracker and was very happy to find one that measures heart rate and blood pressure. Its very elegant perfect for my small arm and it seems to be very accurate. I am using it with an iPhone and it paired very easily with the app, I am checking the graphs daily, love it.I used it straight for 3 days and the battery is still around 50%. I am not using the notifications as I do get a lot of messages and it doesn't stop vibrating, better without it for me. Very good feature to not need a cable, I just charge in the USB port of my laptop, just remove the strap and voila.

The App for this thing sucks
I've had this watch for a couple of months now. It's accuracy is minimal but in line with most of these cheap fitness watches. Way off on blood pressure, ok on heart beat, mediocre on sleep analysis. The app started out promising some pretty good help, tracking the biometrics and keeping a good history. It also had functions to track and time fitness activities like walking, jogging, biking, etc. It worked off my phone's GPS. However, that part of the app quit working pretty early on.The app clearly does not have its programmers' commitment to keep it up. It's very buggy and it finally managed to erase in a way that is unrecoverable all the stored history data. That was the last straw...the watch has been passed on to a child since it's really nothing more than a cheap digital toy.

Wish I could write a more positive review
I have purchased several different trackers, wish I could find an accurate one. I kept thinking my heart rate was quite high. I finally took out a medical device to compare heart rate with this tracker. The difference was anywhere from 20-30 bpm more than the medical device. Steps were often overstated, not sure why, but I know I didn’t walk the distance that the tracker often stated.
