Does the grappling dummy come filled?

No. It ships unfilled so you set the weight. Fill with old polyfiber, clothes, towels or fabric & fill gradually, pack the limbs firmly, and keep the torso slightly softer for safer training — up to about 120 lbs of resistance — in around 20 minutes.

What sports is it good for?

BJJ, MMA, wrestling and judo. Drill takedowns, throws, ground-and-pound, guard passes and submissions solo.

Heavy-duty PC fabric, seven-panel construction with reinforced double stitching at every stress point.

What sizes are available?

The range covers a standing 6ft adult dummy, a sitting MMA dummy and youth sizes, so you can match it to your height and discipline.
