Rainbow Light Womens Multivitamin One + | 60 Caplets

I am really impressed with this vitamin! I've only been taking it a week so I know its not nearly a long time review but so far big improvement. Zero upset stomach and a lot of vitamins have bothered my stomach ( I always take with food). That time of the month rolled by and I didnt have the debilitating fatigue I normally suffer from. This vitamin contains iron which is lacking in all gummies I have discovered. I also really like seeing that this is more of a natural vitamin with ingredients I can easily identify. I will update in the future if my opinion changes in any way but so far I just wish I had taken it sooner.

[Edited 12/16/2020] I have been taking this multivitamin every day for more than 3 years. I have a biochemistry background and worked in quality assurance for unaffiliated nutritional supplement companies in the past, so I am very familiar with multivitamin formulas, ingredients, regulations, and production. I have been working in QA for more than 6 years now. I will first say that this multivitamin is top-notch. I have consistently led a very high-stress, fast-paced life style for the past 8 or so years and neglected to take care of myself over other obligations for much of that time. About 5 years ago I started getting sick a lot; sometimes very sick. I would pick up any bug floating around without fail, and had recurrent bouts of tonsillitis and ear infections. I used to say my immune system was crap and blamed it on bad genes, and continued struggling through a different sickness every other month that would put me out for up to a week sometimes. I never put much thought into why I was getting sick all the time, but it turns out if you don't take care of your body, your body will not take care of you. A few years ago I got into a health kick and started researching the best multivitamins for women. I needed something that covered all my daily requirements in one tablet, and something that was made with trustworthy ingredients. I also have a sensitive stomach and could not take multivitamins in the past without becoming nauseous, so the fact that this multi includes enzymes to help the digestion process was a huge plus. After a bit of research I decided to give Rainbow Light a try, and I'm glad I did. I now only get sick about twice a year. Aside from this multivitamin I have also been taking 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3 as well as an Echinacea/Goldenseal blend every day (this regime has changed since I originally wrote this review - I have added B-12 and Omega-3 supplements and no longer take Echinacea/Goldenseal). Overall, my opinion is that this is one of the highest quality multivitamins for women at this price level. I can say my overall health has improved since I started taking it (anecdotally), and I plan to continue purchasing it in the future. Since writing this review I have further researched whether or not this product is vegan, and have concluded that some ingredients are likely sourced from animal byproducts, so it is potentially vegetarian, but not vegan. This is the only vitamin that I have taken several times and I feel so much better after I take it.

My go to basic multivitamin that I have taken daily for years. Easy to swallow, no weird taste, this is a brand I trust and works well. Worth the try!

Due to the size and to spread the effect(s), I cut it into 2 and take w/food (brakfast and dinner). Have been taking for a long time. It has many of the ingredients I look for, but cannot isolate any effect as I take several other supplements. Wish they would STOP INCLUDING silica!!!

These are amazing. They give a subtle boost of feel good energy and they have everything you need for nutritional support. They are very big but that's not an issue I just grind it up and put it in some oj. No side effects, taste is fine.

I like it because it is food based rather than chemical based. It includes probiotics.it is a good all rounder and I feel better when I am taking it.
