I use a CPAP machine at home both t stop my snoring and because the oxygen it pumps to my heart is healthy and results in a deep sleep. But I take Air on trips. I rinse them each morning and have gotten a month's worth of use on a single set.

Are these made of silicone?

My husband uses this product and thinks it works very well and is comfortable to wear. I don’t see anything about silicone on the box. Ingredients listed: lavender, chamomile, ylang. Says latex-free. You can probably get more info online. Good luck.

What are the odds of them falling out during sleep and swallowing them?

They fall out very easily, and are very difficult to get into place.

Can these be washed and reused?

I tried rinsing them off but they do lose their lavendar smell, which I missed. But yes, they can be safely rinsed, I would think.
