Organic and Good Quality
Alliums like garlic, onion, and leeks are good for the immune system. I use either fresh garlic and onion or their granules or powders in most savory things I cook. For me this is a delicious investment in health. The Frontier Co-op Organic White Onion Granules smell and taste fresh and fine. The texture is a little more granular than onion powder but they're functionally interchangeable in cooking. Additionally, refilling spice jars is kinder to the environment than throwing them away and buying new every time you run out. It's also good value to buy in bulk and refill spice jars. I also trust this brand to provide high quality and good value for the price.
