Amazing book by an amazing leader

Excellent and very engaging read. Reminds us all of keeping things simple, focused and that executing plans well is crucial to success.I worked for DHL in the late 1990s and Ken was our boss. I personally learned a great deal from him and his style then, and it’s been great to re-learn / refresh that view once more, even though many years have passed since then and now.Great book that I would highly recommend. Congratulations Ken !

I'm about a quarter of the way through this and loving it! As a DHL employee, it's great to learn a little bit more about the history of the company and also see all these initiatives day to day that Ken and his team set up. Ken is so down to earth and such a likeable person. This book is such an incredible read! Recommend for anyone interested in business but also personal development - it's really teaching me, as you can imagine, to stop overthinking things and just keep things simple!

There is already a lot of stuff out there on the internet about Mr Ken Allen and he has give several excellent interviews but a great resource to have on your shelf.The big yellow machine! :0)

Brilliant book by a brilliant inspiring man. Great read

This is a powerful management book that is simple to impliment and follow. If only more of us could have the focus and simplicity of Ken Allen then many more companies would be in better places.
