Great little potty. This child’s potty look real and my sons have loved the pretend flush sound. We’ve used this for years for 2 different children and it’s great quality and helped my 2 sons get potty trained.

Helpful for toddlers with short legs
My 2 year old desperately wanted to be potty trained. However, short legs and short arms meant that there was no way for the 2 year old to do this on their own. So I got this. I've had two different ones before for two different children. Both times I wondered why I got it and ended up getting rid of them. I'm 50/50 on this one. My toddler actually shows an interest. Almost too much, in fact. This thing gets hauled all over the house while I'm not looking because there is, apparently, a thrill to screaming, "I GOING POTTY!" from every room in the house. The plus is that it's light. The con is that if there is anything in the toilet it's going to be dumped out as soon as this is thrown over a tiny shoulder. Said toddler has mastered door handles and because of other kids needing to use the bathroom I can't just lock this in there. I've tried hiding it in the shower, behind the door, under a towel, but to no avail. As clean as it might be, my toddler can still sniff it out. So the plus is that my toddler loves it. We've had some successful "goings" in it, but I think that's happened more because of the amount of time spent sitting smugly on it while bragging about doing so. The con is that by the time your kids really get the hang of it you might as well just have a seat that goes on the actual toilet. If your kid is interested in being potty trained and you want to take advantage of it, then this one is a plus. I haven't even tried to put the wipes in the back. That just turns this into an even bigger toy. I haven't put batteries in it because I don't want to listen to the sound of a toilet flushing from all over the house. Based on my kids I probably wouldn't buy it again. But if you're looking for one then this is a good one. The insert is easy to take out and clean. There aren't any ridges or anything on it, so it's easy to wipe down with a Clorox wipe.

perfect training potty with a couple parental adjustments
My toddler loves this little potty because it looks like the real thing and he can “flush” it when he’s done. It is easy to put together, clean and definitely worth the price. Two pieces of advice for other parents: 1. Don’t put wipes in the wipe dispenser because those are way too fun for the kiddo to pull out! 2. Take the lid off the potty so it is always an empty bowl. I just cleaned up a major #2 mess because kiddo tried to go in the potty when the lid was closed. If you follow my pieces of advice I think you will find this is the perfect training potty! Good luck on potty training you can get through this!!

Sturdy with wide stable base
Great sturdy toilet. The wide base makes it very stable. I, child's mom, can sit on it with no issues. For reference I weigh 240 pounds. My son used this toilet until he was 4. It was great for camping trips and long car rides. It never broke. However we didn't use the back of the toilet and that meant all the clip holes were exposed. The holes are small and the only in and out of the inside space.

Perfect for on the go!! Boat, beach, pool....you name it!! It comes everywhere with us!
As a parent in the midst of potty training, finding the right tools to make the process smooth and successful is crucial. That's why I'm thrilled to share my experience with the Nuby My Real Potty Training Toilet – it's been an absolute game-changer for us! From the moment we introduced this training toilet to our little one, they were instantly drawn to its realistic design and features. The life-like flush button and sound are a huge hit, making potty time feel like a fun and interactive experience rather than a daunting task. Plus, the white color gives it a sleek and modern look that blends seamlessly with our bathroom decor. But it's not just about aesthetics – this training toilet is incredibly functional too. The removable bowl makes clean-up a breeze, and the splash guard helps prevent any messes during use. I also appreciate the adjustable seat height, which ensures a comfortable and secure fit for kids of all sizes. One thing that sets this training toilet apart is its durability. Despite daily use, it has held up remarkably well, proving to be sturdy and reliable. I have no doubt that it will continue to serve us well throughout the entire potty training journey. But perhaps the best part of all is the confidence and independence it has instilled in our little one. With the Nuby My Real Potty Training Toilet, they feel empowered to take charge of their own potty training journey, and that's a priceless gift for any parent. Overall, I can't recommend the Nuby My Real Potty Training Toilet highly enough. It's fun, functional, and durable – everything you could ask for in a potty training tool. If you're embarking on the potty training adventure, do yourself a favor and invest in this fantastic training toilet. You won't regret it!

Actually works for boys
Bigger than our last potty and has a bigger pee guard for boys. I like that the insert sits on top so it's easy to lift out and pee can't get between the seat and insert. Easy to put together and sturdy.

Best Toddler toilet on the Market!
The Nuby toilet arrived promptly and was incredibly easy to put together. My 1.5 year old son started using it immediately. He even sat down and took a poop and it is only day 2 of training - Shows just how comfortable and easy the potty is to use! The Nuby is by far my favorite toddler training toilet. I highly recommend the Nuby my real potty! Pros: -Incredible design - looks like an miniature adult toilet. -Arrived in two pieces. Easy to put together; pulled it out of the box and could snap the upper part of the toilet in less than one minute, never even had to open the instructions that were supplied inside the box. Unscrewing the compartment to place the batteries in took about 5 minutes. -Non-Slip base is awesome, keeps the toilet in place without your little one sliding around. -Compact and easily transportable from room to room if needed. -Flusher sounds like a real toilet also lights up when flushed. This feature required unscrewing the bottom and placing the 2 AAA batteries in. Batteries were included, another plus. -Splash guard has kept all pee inside the toilet, major plus. -Full-size wipe dispenser fit as advertised. I use Pampers Sensitive, pop-tops. I just had to rip the plastic piece off to fit it since it is a perfect fit and you couldn't open a pop-top through the dispenser. -Unlike other training potties on the market, this toilet featured a lid which for me was a huge selling point. My one year old loves to close the lid so this has been awesome. -Removable and easy-clean bowl. If you aren't fast your little person could try to dump it themselves, thus spill but this is common with any portable toilet that you have to dump. -Comfortable height. My 1.5 year old can easily sit on it without assistance and go the bathroom. -Dimensions: 14" H X 15.5" L X 10"W -Nuby "My real Potty" by Dr. Talbot's -Suggestion is 18+m: My son is 1.5 years and used it just fine. -Max weight of 60lbs (27kg). -Product Design and all other TMs owned by Talbot's; Monroe, LA -Made in China -This purchase will help support Deaf Children's Literacy Project. Cons: -The potty is not very tall compared to a couple other potty training toilets that I have, however my tall 1.5 year old can use it no problem and I find that it is more durable than other similar models. It is rated up to 60 pounds so even my 3 year old sat on it and went to show her younger brother how it was done. While shorter than some training toilets, it does not fall apart or scoot around which is a huge advantage. -Not a deal breaker, but unlike other potty training toilets that have a removable basin/bowl, this one has a solid material underneath (thus no open hole) so if you aren't fast enough your kid could pee in the actual toilet without the bowl. This happened to me, day one - just had to clean it out then but the bowl back in. To prevent it, I just started taking the entire toilet with me so he was not tempted to go while the bowl was out. -Unscrewing the inside of the toilet to put the batteries in was not difficult, but trying to get the batteries in and then re-screw the bottom back on was a bit challenging because it is a very tiny/deep area to work with. I have long-thin fingers and I felt it was hard getting that part secured so if you have large hands this would be very difficult to accomplish.

Made potty training easy
We’ve been really happy with this potty and it’s been a great help during potty training. The height feels just right, and the flush button with sound adds a nice bit of realism that our little one really enjoys. The insert is also really easy to remove and empty, which makes cleaning up much less of a chore. The only thing we don’t really use is the wipes holder, as it’s positioned at the back and its just easier to grab them straight from the packet instead.

C'est un bon produit et la taille est idéale
Super pratique pour mon bébé d'1 an !

Good as toy - yet to potty train
Bought well before potty training begins. It’s a good toy for Bub and he will often sit on it
