I purchased these lights to make marquee letters for my wedding. It was PERFECT! Each string consists of 25 lights, so we made sure no letter goes over 25 holes for the lights. Each letter gave off a lot of light! People were commenting on the letters being bright and beautiful! The bulbs were on the thin side so I didnʻt transport my letters with the bulbs in. I set the letters in place then installed each bulb. The process was quick. The wires are able to connect from one side to another so that helped. When I received it, two boxes were completely broken! I refused the package at the post office because glass was falling out from the top and bottom. Amazon replaced it.

UPDATE: The bulbs burned out after one full year of use. I expected this cord of lights to last as long as standard string of holiday lights...all in all...it was easy to find replacement bulbs for this next year.. Clear bright lights light up the covered patio. Clean crisp look. White cord. Be very careful with bulbs as they are extremely fragile. Good thing they included two spare bulbs! Love that!

Perfect lights for our porch. I hung them on a thin wire cable, and they are perfect. One bulb doesn't work, but the pack has 2 spare bulbs. I'll buy a box of spares for later use as they burn out. Fast shipping and a great value.

Perfect fit for my patio and love the lights. 4 starts because right out of the package two bulbs went out!! Luckily they provided 2 extras to replace them. I questioned sending them back but had company coming and hope the other bulbs last at least this season.

We had 2 of these for many, many years - they are beautiful. We changed up the bulbs for the season (Red/Green for Christmas, Red/Clear/Blue for 4th of July & Memorial Day, mostly just clear for the regular season. Looks beautiful... until we moved where our yard has MANY squirrels. We feed the birds off posts on the deck but never gave it any thought about the squirrels jumping up to eat from the bird feeders. We noticed one day a bulb in the middle of the yard - here they chewed through the string. We fixed it. They did it again & we fixed it again. My husband was M-A-D but insisted we get the same set of lights (just ordered 2 more) and we will move the feeders away from the deck. Fingers crossed... Wish us luck.

To reiterate what the sellers already described, these lights dim, ONLY IF ATTACHED TO A DIMMER. And they are correct, I bought a KASA dimmer separately, plugged these lights in, and they ARE dimmable! They don't dim simply plugged into an outlet. These bulbs are super fragile, I've broken a few on other string lights. Be very careful when hanging them up, make sure hooks are sturdy, or they will surely break if they fall to the ground.

I've owned these lights in the past and they've worked extremely well for me. It was one of the only string lights that lasted as long as they did without burning out. I believe I purchased that set 2-3 years ago and it just burnt out for the first time this month. I purchased another set to replace them and I figured it would be the same. Unfortunately, I had them plugged in for about 10 seconds and only half of the bulbs would light up, and within 10 seconds they all completely burnt out. I've never had this issue with my last set so I'm assuming I received a defective set (Which is why I have rated 3 stars instead of 1 star). Unfortunately I didn't plug them in for the first time until after the 30 day return window so now I am stuck with the defective lights. I am going to reach out and email in case there is a way to remedy this.

I ordered both the fifty-foot string and the 25-foot string. So far they've held up well in rain and on Breezy days. just give them enough swag when you hang them so they're not pulled too tight so that the wind doesn't hurt them and they're allowed to swing a little bit. They put off good light but they're not so bright that they don't give off a good atmosphere. Some reviews complained that the bulbs were so thin you couldn't handle them. I don't understand that. They're not Coke bottle thickness but they are a light bulb afterall. Just don't squeeze them or drop them! The 50 Foot string comes without the bulbs screwed into the sockets and it was easier to string them up without having to worry about dropping the string and breaking the bulbs. But then you have to screw all the bulbs in when you're done. Consider that fact...if your strings are higher than you can reach you'll have a hard time getting them screwed in without a ladder and having to move it as you go along the string. The 25-foot string came with the bulbs screwed into the sockets and packaged so that you had to tear the cardboard away from the bulbs and not let the string drop while you were doing so in order to keep from breaking the bulbs ( keep this in mind if you're doing this project by yourself. Doable but easier to possibly break some bulbs. And getting broken bulbs out of the socket is not always easy so keep that in mind as well). There are no spare bulbs in the box... you get only the number of bulbs needed to fill each socket. No extras. But you can order a box of extra bulbs. Shipping was fairly quick and I'm happy with the purchase.

I bought these for our trailer awning, actual trailer lights for the awning or around 160.00! These lights are AWESOME. They came in a great box, each bulb in its own styrofoam spot face down. They were super easy to hang with clicks I bought separately. The lights are small bulbs, very warm in color. They looked great at night, giving you enough light but not overpowering. Will be buying more of these to put up around our patio. They also came with two extra bulbs!

I am so in love with the result. The bulbs seemed very fragile and 1 bulb broke just taking it out of the box so I tie wrapped each light bulb to the wooden fence. I live somewhere very windy. I didn't want to take a chance and it worked perfectly. Besides that it is perfect, bright enough but not aggressive on the eyes.

Very bright and hot, but with a smart dimmer attached they are beautiful and perfect. A warm amber glow and cool enough to touch at 20% power. Look amazing.

A beautiful addition to our apartment balcony. These bulbs were packaged well and came with two extra bulbs! They are beautifully bright, durable (for someone that dropped them a few times accidentily), warm, and cute shaped. At night we can grill with 100% visibility and sit and enjoy our view peacefully.

Honestly, these are better then I expected. Higher quality and they look amazing!!!! Real glass, lovely warm glow, no issues. I have purchased a few sets and friends have also purchased a few sets.
