Would this amp be a good match for 4 mr. dj pro115s speakers?

This amp drives 1700watts @4Ohm and 950wats @8Ohm. So check with your speaker impedance carefully.

I have 1000 watts 8 ohm monitor this good .

Yes. You have to be a bit careful because this amp is powerful. I popped a tweeter on one of my 800W monitors because of a dropped microphone.

If this amplifier uses 15 amps at 110V, which is 1650 watts, how it is capable of putting out 2 channels audio at 1700 watts each? Not possible.

@ 4Ohms it does put out 1700 watts on a 30 amp circuit. I tested it myself. I called BS on the specs but bought it anyway and tested it.

Can i use all channels independently? i know it sounds stupid but i want to be sure? is the fan noisy?

Dear customer, There is no stupid questions! And yes, you can use all channels independently. As this is not a traditional class-AB amplifier, the amp overall is much quieter. Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you,
