They are cloth. Work very well!

Q: Are these bags hepa certified?

I do not know. But I can tell you they work very very well. After vacuuming the house, if only half hour, it feels like Ingram the air purifier for a week. Good value for the money. I have pets and like to change bags often even if they aren’t full. Vacuum bag changes ia a good way to treat yourself to comfort. I recommend these.
