For what i understand we have six solfeggio frequencies, to what note are the other three relate? the 174, 285 and 963hz. and what benefits it have?

Are they labeled with which chakra frequency they resonate with? I had a set previously that did and it’s helpful not to look up for each use.

The frequency of each is indicated on them but they are not marked with the name of the chakras; if you know the frequency of each chakra, these will work for you. In my opinion they sound great and the reverberations are long lasting.
