Does the color mean or change anything?

Trigger pressure：three colors are the same（45g）. Trigger distance：three colores are the same（1.5mm） Black and Blue are same as brown switch。 Gray is the same with red switch。

Will this switch work for the g413 carbon?

WARNING: I just got these to replace some keys that broke in my g413 carbon. These switches have an inner light the center (see image) and the switches on my g413 carbon have no inner light on the switch. The light for each key is just below the switch on the board. When we placed one of these the replacement switches in the correct spot, the light in the switch prevents a good full press of the switch. So we have to get some without an inner light or try to remove them.
