Great sound
Sound is great, they hold a charge. I like the charging case and the fact it will charge the ear buds 5 times before having to recharge the case. The only problem I have is the buds fitting in my ear. They fall out fairly easy with the small and medium inserts. The big inserts actually hurt my ear. Feels like it is creating a vacuum in my ear. Overall I love them.

Not happy
Had to return couldn't even get to power on to pair with my device. Charged the box and headphones for 8 hours then took to work so I could listen then they wouldn't turn on. Very disappointed. Only 1 start cause wouldn't let me put no star

Can hear perfect
The fit perfect without slipping out or digging into your ear. The sound is awesome. Great noise cancelation.

Great sound quality! Exceptional customer service!
I've owned a few different type of ear buds over the years, and these are my favorite so far. In addition to that, the customer service is exceptional! I had a small issue and the company fixed the situation immediately, with no questions asked. I will definitely continue to do business with this company.

Talking on these bluetooth headsets is horrible
Listening to music is great on this wireless Bluetooth headset! The part I hate the most is talking I the phone. The recipient will not be able to hear you in most cases. The fact it states โNoise Cancelling is False.โ My girlfriend constantly ask me what I said a lot and blankly told me these headphones suck! Will return and buy better headphones. 2.5 stars for doing half the job!

Unreliable.
Pros: Quick to connect. As soon as you take the earpiece out of the case they link with your phone right away. Either Individually or as a pair. And they have good battery life as well. Cons: not so good sound, link is unreliable at times where one earpiece signal would cutoff - even when I have my phone in my pocket.

Granson LOVED them but my question is Should you hear Stereo from both ears at same time?
