Better Homes and Gardens Loft Storage Bed with Spacious Storage Shelves, Multiple Finishes, (60 x 79 x 64, White)

I absolutely love this loft bed! My 12 year old asked for a loft bed, and I did a lot of searching. I came across this one and the reviews were good. I’m a 5’ (60”) 133 lbs woman and I put the bed together myself. I only needed my husband help to set the twin bed on top. The directions are clear and easy to read. They provided extra hardware just in case. :-) My daughter had a metal bed before and didn’t like how it squeaked every time she roll over. This bed is very sturdy and doesn’t wobble or make a lot of noise. The bed is also not to tall like some loft beds. As a mother I feel comfortable with her sleeping at that height. Eventually I will get a desk, chair, lamp and rug for under the loft.

I ordered this bed but received this one instead. I selected the pictured model to increase floor space in my daughters room and while this loft bed is nice it doesn't really create any more floor space

Thought this came with a desk but I read it wrong. No big deal tho I just bought one from IKEA. It could have been built a little bit sturdier but overall it will do for our 8 year old as she likely will only have it for a couple of years.

Easy to put together, need two people for sure. My 12 year old son and I completed this in about two hours or less! Very sturdy, love the built in shelves! My 9 year old crafty daughter loves this for her art supplies, finally has more floor space too!

I’ve had this bed for less than 6 months. My 5 year old doesn’t even sleep in it. There are multiple areas where the bed is cracking from minimal use. I can’t imagine how worn out it would be if he actually used it daily. Huge disappointment

I purchased this bed for my daughter a year ago. It wasn’t awful to put together. 2 adults with a drill about 2.5 hours. I love the storage shelf and fits some fabric cubes perfectly. In the space underneath the loft we have created a little reading/play area which has freed up a lot of space on her room. We added some brackets on the 4x4 posts from a local hardware store to add some extra stability. Now stating all of that… I have to mention the instruction book that came with it specifically stated to contact a different 1-800 number for customer service for issues and concerns. The bed had one damaged piece from I assume shipping and some pieces were missing. The damaged piece I called and received within a few days. However… the 2 stability pieces that go on the bed frame on top, and 2 of the steps on the ladder have never arrived. I have called several times and still, no pieces. I have been told they are backordered and will arrive in 6-8 weeks, each time I call. It’s been a YEAR!! I’m still waiting. Their hours are short and open when I’m working so it’s hard to find time to keep calling. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Luckily my husband is handy and we purchased some white lumber and cut the pieces to make them fit while we STILL wait…. But for a $300 bed and we’re still waiting for the literal smallest of the pieces of the bed is ridiculous. I do like the bed. My daughter does too. Lots of storage area with the shelves and it provides a lot of free space in her room by building up instead of out. If I could give a piece of advice I would make sure you have all the pieces first, if not I would return it instead of trying to deal with customer support to get the pieces that are missing.

Well made and nice looking bed. It was simple to put together and made well, just a lot of steps. Very happy with the finished product.

I thought the instructions along with how organized the individual materials used for construction made the bed very easy for two people to assemble. The only improvement that I would suggest is to raise the height of the side rails. Most comfortable mattresses are at least 6 to 8 inches, which doesn't leave adequate safety height to keep children that move around a lot in their sleep from draping over the side. The bed is absolutely beautiful once assembled and I love that the ladder rungs are flat. My 8-year-old granddaughter loves how her new bed looks and she loves hanging out in her bunk while reading her books.
