Missing puzzle piece
I would have given this puzzle a 5-star, but while putting the puzzle together, I discovered there was a piece missing. This is the 2nd Springbok puzzle that has had a missing piece. I tried to get a replacement, but my only option was to get a refund or an option to purchase something else with my refund. I like the puzzle itself because the subject matter has meaning to me and it is interesting to put together, but it would have been much better had the piece not been missing. Why can't I send this puzzle back and have the same puzzle sent to me? If I can't get some resolution to this problem with missing puzzle pieces I will not buy puzzles from Amazon again! I overlooked this problem before, but no longer.

VERY NICE PUZZLE, DELIGHTFUL IMAGE
Like all Springbok puzzles, this is printed on heavy card stock, the cut is random, the pieces fit very well and once done, you can grab a corner of the puzzle and lift it off the table without breaking it. They're a bit more expensive than regular puzzles, but they are worth it.

Missing pieces
I bought this for the wife for Christmas. She got about three quarters of the way through and started suspecting that there were pieces missing. Sure enough it was two pieces short of a full puzzle.Usually, if I want to buy a jigsaw with pieces missing, I go to my local Thrift store and pay 50 cents. Now I've found that I can also buy them on-line from Amazon for full price.

Large irregular size pieces
This puzzle has high quality pieces in general.I personally dislike oversized pieces (each well over an inch), but it might be great for a different person. In fairness, the "actual piece size" is labeled on the box, but it is difficult to judge the actual size online.

Missing pieces
After the wife and I spent 8 days off and on working on this puzzle found out pieces missing.Seriously? You'd think an American company would do better than that.

Good puzzle pieces
Currently working on this puzzle. Color looks good and quality of pieces is on par to Ravensburger. Pieces are stamped in odd shapes but overall would purchase from this company again.

bigger than a card table
Took this puzzle to the beach for a week long vacation. It is a huge puzzle. Bigger than the card table that I brought and bigger than the felt roll up backing. Ended up on the kitchen table under a beach towel to finish it up. Took it to Michael's to have it framed. $188 later, it is hung in my house. Love It.
