Have taken for years
While these vitamins are expensive and large, I have never taken more than one or two a day and I feel they have kept me healthier. I rarely get colds and as I worked in a college with students, I was exposed to a lot of illness. There are studies that say we don't need vitamins outside of a healthy diet and I do eat well, but I think the Bs are especially helpful here. A chiropractor friend recommended this brand 20 years ago. I also attended a sales session once for professionals and I must say I was impressed by the company and the dedication to quality. The pharmacy I used to get them from in Florida no longer carries them (too expensive) so I am glad Amazon does. One time they came in a broken jar from the supplier and that was a mess but they did replace them. I have never found another product that seems anywhere near as good. So many vitamins are not reliably made and then they are a complete waste. Buy quality.

GREAT BUT DOSE IS 6 A DAY???
I don’t know what human would want to attempt to swallow 6 of this giant sized pills a day, but no thanks…unfortunately can’t get the full dosage without taking 6 a day & that makes me pretty upset bc i needed the full dose. Would’ve been 5 stars but the 6 pills per dose is so not cool…

Tablets are huge and impossible to swallow.
I was so excited to find these multivitamins and believed I had found just the vitamin supplement I need. Sadly, I cannot swallow these tablets because they are such huge tablets. Every time I try, I get choked. And they cannot be returned. Guess I will have to swallow the monetary loss without the benefits.

These pills are huge!
Purchased these multivitamins for the first time in August not knowing how large they are. I can swallow large pills easily but these take some doing: lots of liquids to wash them down or soft food to make sure they make it down my throat. They are coated but lately some have split apart in my pill container exposing jagged edges which make them even harder to swallow. I wanted to make others aware. I won’t order them again.
