I work remotely 100% and needed to find a chair that was great for lower lumbar and overall back support, as I sit most of the day, 8-10 hrs each day! This chair is extremely comfortable and so glad that I found and purchased it!! I do want to mention the installation was somewhat simple to put it together myself, let me explain. I was able to do most of it by myself, but I definitely needed help with an additional person to install the bottom seat to the back of the seat. Also, the leather material on the seat, as well as, on the back seat piece was overlapping the holes causing the screws to not go in straight or even all the way, making it difficult to attach the arms. Having said that, I had to cut the excess leather away from the holes in order to allow the screws to go in straight and in all the way! That was a bit frustrating to say the least and a bit of a challenge!! Overall, I absolutely love this chair!

5 years after purchase the chair finally died. With a teenager who is not gentle on things, we have been more than happy with this chair. It can still be used, it’s just it’s better days are behind it. I would say for lighter people who take care of it, this chair would be good for 10 years

The reviews weren't lying about this being hard to put together by yourself. The instructions don't really clarify much, but I think the best way to assemble it is to put the armrests on the back piece first (a little loosely), then attach it all to the seat. You'll be doing a lot of guesswork to find the right angle for the screws though. The back is pretty short like most people have already said. I'm 5'10 and it doesn't even come up to my neck. It feels like I have a pretty nice posture though, and I could probably use some kind of neck pillow for support if I really needed to. I have back problems and I instantly felt relief while sitting down, but that might be because I've been using a folding chair for the last 2 years. I'm around 350 pounds and I feel secure when sitting on it, and the chair is comfortably wide. For someone bigger than me, lifting one arm rest would also work while still being comfortable. I sit with it at the lowest height, so I can't speak to how good the gas lift is over time. Overall it's a fine chair for the price, and it looks nice too. I got the gray version because it looks stylish without the obnoxious bold colors of most gaming chairs. I'll edit later if it breaks or something, but it feels as stable as any other chair I've had so I feel a little optimistic about this one.

I bought the grey version as a present for my brothers birthday and really liked the comfort and quality for the price. I noticed the lower back support right away. I was due for a new chair and bought the black version for myself a couple months later. I’m 5’10 and 205 lbs. The cushion is soft and firm. The height is just right with out using the leveler handle to raise it at all. The arm handles raise up and down which is nice when I’m not using the chair to push it all the way into my desk. I started by mounting the bracket to the bottom of the seat. Then I screwed the arm handles to the back part of the seat first. After that I installed the bottom seat to the handles. Lastly I put the wheels one the base and covers/caps to the arm handles following the cylinder. Don’t forget the cylinder caps before you mount it to the chair. I did the first time around and had to hammer the base out with a towel to avoid damage to uninstall. Easy to assemble & took about 20/30minutes each time. Includes a hex key tool for the screws. Some people mention having a hard time aligning the screws with the holes but I just pressed down firmly when lined up and had no issues for both chairs. Each screw went in all the way to make contact then I tightened all of them when everything was aligned correctly. If you tighten each one right away, it can be uneven or slightly off when assembled. Price at this time is $131.83 and I bought it for $114.69 with a 20% coupon that was offered on the page. Definitely a deal if you can get it under $100

This chair is SOOOO comfy!! I bought it for hubby who started gaming on a PC. This chair is more comfortable than my own gaming chair. I'm going to buy me one right now! We bought the used-Like new one to save a few dollars. It came in time like it said, my hubby put it together himself. Took him less than 20 minutes to build ( he made an oopie 😂) Overall highly recommended! I would buy from them again and recommend them to anyone! It's study enough it held me I weigh 260lbs. There's so much cushion, it's so comfy. I'm a thick female that has wide hips and I felt comfortable to sit in it 🥰 definitely buy it!!!

Bought this thinking it would be a good chair for VR, I was wrong. It was a bit difficult to put together, the fabric around the screw holes for mounting the arms was improperly cut and blocked the screws themselves from being able to get in properly without an extra set of hands to move things around. Also the arms on mine are slightly out of alignment, the right arm sits lower than the left. Update after a few days of use: The arms are uncomfortable, they are either too small or sit too high up for me and can cause slight elbow pain and like others have said the fabric is a bit scratchy. The knob to adjust the reclining feature is difficult to use and seems to do absolutely nothing. Also the chair tends to creak and pop when I move around as if all the screws aren't tight, even when they're as tight as I could get them. Update 2, 20 days of use: The arms are still as annoying as ever and constantly getting in the way when gaming. The screws did indeed come loose which was causing the popping but seem to be okay after tightening them down a second time. The only way the tension knob works is if you tilt the chair over onto the floor, otherwise it won't rotate at all. The worst thing of all is since the first day of using this chair it interferes with the blood circulation in my legs. It causes my feet to swell after a few hours of sitting down, which can get really bad and even painful after all day use. After some reading up I've found out this applies to all ergonomic chairs and can only be fixed by tilting the front of the seat downward, which this chair and others in the price range simply cannot do. If returning furniture weren't so hard to do from my location I'd have this out my door in a heartbeat.

Can’t believe the quality of this chair for the price, exceptional value. The chair is rock solid construction with a high level of finish. I got the one with the red colour accents and it looks fab. Very comfortable sitting at my home desk for long periods. Assembly of the arms onto the two main body parts (seat and backrest) is a little bit fiddly but nothing to be scared of. Just take it slow and it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

This chair is not adjustable. The armrests only tuck back like an airline armrest and the backrest is fixed in a partial reclining position which provides no support at all for good posture. This is no different from a cheap office chair and is not remotely worth 200$

Does the job. Nice and simple to put together and has stood the test of time. The adjustable arm rests are really handy to pop away neatly against the computer desk. It’s comfortable enough, definitely not the most amazing but far from uncomfortable.
