I live in an area cursed with very hard water and within days of fitting a new shower head it has generally become almost unusable due to the scale blocking up the tiny nozzle holes. I always buy a head that can be dismantled for cleaning as a fixed, molded head is totally impractical. Even after cleaning, the head never functions properly and within weeks I've had to purchase a new item. The Newdora Lonic Shower Head works a treat, allowing for 3 variable modes that should suit most purposes. The beads in the handle do a great job in reducing the scale finding its way to the head but even so I have to give it a good clean every week. This job is made easier with a simple unscrewing of the retaining ring to release the metal shower plate to clear the holes front and back. I Then unscrew the hose from the shower unit to clean the in-line mesh filter and that's job done for another week! Before using the shower head I had imagined that because of all the beads in the handle the water pressure would be affected and simply dribble out of the shower plate but I now have a much more powerful jet than I achieved using conventional hollow handles. All in all a top purchase which I trust will continue to give me good service.

I’ve added pics of my old head and this new one. The new one DID make the pressure better, but it seems to make the water really fine instead, like a spray. It’s not bad and good value for money.Super easy to install.

Havent actually used it yet as only came today, but our shower has low water pressure so the larger shower head I bought recently was like being peed on by a mosquito. Bought this and the water pressure is a lot better. It doesn't CHANGE the water pressure but if you have low water pressure, it's a lot less space for water to get through so it makes it seem like your shower is stronger. And the water feels decent as well! Havent used it yet but will update the review if it doesnt live up to it's good standard in use but I'm sure that wont be the case. Value for money, definitely.

I bought it because it has an infrared mineral stone and a negative ion mineral stone form a double filter system to reduce the chlorine content and absorb harmful substances in the water, soften and cleanse the shower water. After that, my hair and skin become smoother and softer.It is easy to install and it looks amazing.

We have been extremely happy with this shower head. We live in a 1 bed apartment with a fairly small water tank and would find that the hot water wouldn’t last for two showers in the morning. This shower head has solved that problem- so it really must reduce water consumption.Not sure about the benefits to hair/ skin, but it certainly hasn’t made either worse (neither of us have any specific skin conditions etc.)I do notice that the holes can get clogged up and this makes the stream of water a bit off. This is to be expected with any shower head, but more of an issue with this particular product as the holes are tiny. I just spray a bit of viakal on every week and clean with a sponge and this solves this problem and maintains the performance of the product perfectly.All in all, a fantastic product and would highly recommended!

Bought this shower head as a replacement to our older shower head in the hope to increase the pressure output of the water.It quickly became apparent that it offered no real difference between the older head and the new one. It's more of a novelty that will wear off.Key points:The water comes out as more of a mist which makes the water feel softer.It's easy to connect.Comes with all you'll need to to connect including plumb tape.You'll still get freezing water when someone turns a tap on or flushes the toliet elsewhere in the house.Overall it's ok but not life changing.Review reduced to 2 stars. After using the shower head for a couple of months I noticed that the shower seemed colder than it was with the older show head at first I thought it was just because the boiler water temp had been turned down for the summer months but tried attaching the old shower head again and it is far warmer than the new head. You may use less water with this shower head but we found that you have to have the water temperature turned right up to get half decent shower. Old head has now been reattached and this has been thrown out.

Love the softer water in the shower. I have painful joints and the water comes out like a warm mist which is much more comfy and doesn't aggravate my joint pain.

We've moved into an old house and the water pressure is terrible. Needed something to improve the shower until we change the bathroom. It has improved the pressure but not to a great standard but this could be due to the old shower and this shower head is probably doing very well with the pressure its working with. The metal ends which connect to the shower hose get very hot when hot water travelling through and I have burnt my hand holding the shower head a couple of times. Once we have upgraded our bathroom we will be giving the shower head to my parents for their camper van and I will update my review accordingly.
