These things are better than the old Q tip. Much healthier.

These are much better than using an actual Q-tip. You don’t get any cotton stuck in your ears or anything like that. I use these all the time and have been for quite a few years as well so does my adult Son he too uses them they’re great and you don’t have to keep buying Q-tips.

Very uncomfortable to use. The edges of the tools are not smooth so it actually hurts to use. You cannot get to where the wax is in your ear due to the size of the tools plus the discomfort they cause. Do not recommend.

Too small. Couldn't get anything out of my ear.

I received this set recently and I am still in the process of deciding whether I really like it or not. I’ve had other non-cotton, reusable ear, cleaners, that I preferred. The problem with those is that the ends were soft and flexible, so the little rubber hairs on it would break off in my ear. This set seems much more durable, but with that said it is also much stiffer with little give. I find that they may be a little big for people with smaller ear holes and I find them not as comfortable as previous reusable ear cleaners that I’ve used. I also had an issue where everything inside my box was wet due to leakage of the eardrops. Since they are plastic, they were easy to rinse off. I contacted the company instead of returning the set and they offered to replace the eardrops free of charge. I have not received the eardrops yet, but hope that they will arrive soon. The reason for the 4 stars is that I feel this product could work well for someone with the proper sized ear openings and the fact that the company was very polite and responsive.

I really wanted to love these tools and the design is excellent, but the material they are made from caused such irritation to my sensitive skin (I have eczema in my ear canals which makes life less than comfortable at times). I have very curvy, itchy ear canals which water easily gets trapped in and wanted something safe to relieve the itching / periodically clean my ears. The shape of the tools is brilliant and they certainly work well at getting the water out SAFELY, but the silicone is too hard and I had to toss the set after only two uses as my ears were so irritated after VERY GENTLE use that I was in too much pain to use my ear plugs -- which, as a person with hypersensitive hearing who is also on the spectrum, are essential to daily functioning during my commute and in the office. LOVE how well they work. Do NOT love the way one use will trigger an eczema outbreak and make them so sensitive to the touch that I cannot use medically necessary devices in my ears after use. Followed the directions exactly and even waited extra time to try them a second time to rule out the flare ups being caused by environmental allergens, the irritation the second time was worse than the first.
