Why is the photo of the figure paint completely different than actual figure?

I’m not exactly sure why photos seem to look better than the actual figure. I’ve bought several Diamond Select figures, and they never do.

How come the Figure does not have a gun it does have a trigger holding hand

I wouldn’t know but asked the same question however you can buy accessories like a gun pack that would fit this toy I will in the future

Is this figure articulated? Can it be posed at all or is it glued to the base? Thanks.
