The instructions state that the controller is expecting a 3 phase motor with a delta winding. Does the controller work with a Wye winding?

I have bought two of those controllers one I have on a vertical mill three horse motor that has a reversible motor I haven’t taken the cover off to see how it’s wired but it works fine the other one is on a bandsaw that I do know is Delta wiring But I’m very impressed on how well these work I have single phase at home but my machines are three phase

What's the input voltage?

220v single phase. But I believe it is programmable to a certain extent to take different voltages.

I hooked up my vfd and to a 2 hp motor on my planner, i turn on the drive and it goes up to 60h planner wont start?

In the settings you can change the frequency to 50 hz. If that's what you are needing for your equipment...
