Not my favorite scent, but 5 stars because it's potent and a true representation of cinnamon bark. If you're looking for red hot cinnamon or candy cinnamon smell, this may not be for you, but this oil still smells great and is very strong/long lasting. It smells just like the old cinnamon toothpicks I used to chew on as a kid.

Initially I was confused about the Four Thieves recipe and thought cinnamon leaf was the ingredient most commonly used. Apparently it's this product that's supposed to be better - the bark and not the leaf. I'll compare the two as others here can offer much more insight as to what to use it for. I have both this product and the cinnamon leaf oil from Eden's Garden. This is a tad muskier and works better with clove oil if you're aiming for a particular scent. The cinnamon leaf scent reminds me more of the odor diffusers they use in public restrooms and what you might smell with chewing gum. Obviously I'm not a fan of the scent of cinnamon as it reminds me of public restrooms which is nasty, but I digress. I enjoy combining this with other musky scents and apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle diluted with water which makes a great air freshener. It's great around the holidays for getting a Christmas-y smell. Also good for using in a filter for your vacuum.

This is a really good cinnamon oil, and I use it often. It seems to make any other oil I use it with work even better. I call it my oil enhancer oil. It seems to make me less irritable when I am having one of those days, less stressed. The aroma is wonderful and everyone comments if they happen to come over after using it or have it in the diffuser. It's more of a winter smelling oil in my opinion but wouldn't hesitate to use it during any season when my spouse and I are having a romantic evening. It has to be diluted or can burn the skin easily, but it helps with all kinds of things like digestive, insomnia, water retention, etc. And this brand cinnamon does as well as any I have used.

A lot of oils say they are undiluted but they definitely aren’t!! I love that Eden oils are pure and you can definitely tell they are but also affordable!!

I have tried a few different brands of cinnamon bark essential oil, but this one is by far the best quality. I won’t order any other brand except this one now. I put one drop in my morning tea for health benefits, it is so good, not bitter at all. I do wish it came in a bigger size, maybe eventually one day.
