I have never tried this jam before. My papa recommended it. It tastes so fruity. Just the right kind of sweet too. My husband had cashew butter with his sandwich. The jam he says just capitalized his sandwich to a five star experience. My Papa had the classic p-n-j. He loved it. I had sunflower butter in my sandwich. The jam was so delicious. Thank you seller. My family just loved it.

After 65 years, I found the taste again of gooseberries.
When I was a boy back in Indiana, we had gooseberry bushes along the street kind of like a hedge row. They were the best gooseberries. I would eat them by the double handful right off the bushes. Red and sweet when ripe and SOUR when not ripe. Thorns, thorns, and more thorns but worth the pain every time. Mom would make gooseberry pies, jams, and we would feast on them over the holidays. This product reminds of those times back in the 50s when the taste we pure and simply nature at its best. I highly recommend it to anyone else out there yearning for a taste of the past.

Sticky Mess in a Mailing Envelope
Tiptree Gooseberry Preserve/ product is fine Tiptree products are generally very nice. I have purchased many different types of Tiptree jams and jellies through the past few years and I have always been pleased. These food items have been packed in boxes and have all arrived intact and sealed. This product was shipped in a mailing envelope. The lid had a dent and was only holding onto the jar with the sticky- ness of spilled preserves. Contents of the jar were warm. Order was delayed in transit. Shipper was a certain large corporation with first initial A.

Not too sweet...
I LOVE Tiptree jams & conserves & Green Gooseberry very nice indeed...Not too sweet, appreciated as I am Diabetic. My son bought me a veriety bag of Tiptree for Christmas...take in moderation, always nice x
