I am a huge fan of these Go Raw sprouted pumpkin seeds! They are incredibly fresh, have an amazing light, crispy crunch, and a fantastic natural flavor. Because they are sprouted, they are much easier on the stomach and digest perfectly compared to regular raw seeds. I love that they are completely organic, single-ingredient, and allergen-friendly with no added oils or salt. They are perfect for snacking on straight out of the bag, but they also make an excellent, crunchy topper for salads, bowls, or oatmeal. The 14 oz bag is a great size and reseals perfectly to keep them fresh. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, high-quality superfood snack!

This is a great snack food. The nutritional value is high. They taste great with just the right amount of salt. I think that they are worth the money. I will definitely purchase them again.

Great snack for travel and vacations; I put a few handfuls in smaller zip lock baggies. Will continue to purchase as I find this item to be a Great Value for the money.

Fresh and super healthy. I eat 1/4 cup a day as a snack. They are very tasty, almost buttery to me. The addition of light sea salt puts them over the top.
