I really love the his garage can, it’s big and has a great size opening. Easy to put bag in and take garbage out. I sent the first one back because it had a bad smell. Hopefully that one was a bad one. I purchased another because I really love it, so hopefully it won’t smell like super glue. Will update.

Love the touchless lid. The design is a bit chunky looking, but no larger than a standard small waste bin. The stainless steel cabinet is good quality. There is a rim under the lid that makes it easy to change bags and tuck the edges inside so they stay nice and tidy.

I've had one in the kitchen for around 15 years and wanted a very small one to fit in the bathroom. This one is the perfect size. The sensor has a sufficient delay of a couple of seconds and a very close range so you don't accidentally open it and stuff falls in off the counter. That's why I got it. Always paranoid of things falling into an open trash can, and my sweetheart didn't like a step-on-can (it was brushed aluminum, I thought it was great). So, I got this so she can't complain about having to do anything other than put her hand near the sensor and wait a second. You can't place it flush against a wall, because when the lid opens, the lid sticks out further back than the can itself. I put a 3-inch block of foam behind it, so the can doesn't get pushed against the wall. (Took it from a computer box packing). I haven't figured out where to buy the perfect sized bags for it, as I don't like the top edges blooming out and visible. And I don't want to pay high prices for perfectly-sized bags. So, still looking for that. Oh, and like my kitchen iTouchless can (which is on it's second lid - first one wore out the gears after 10 years), the lid seals very well and keeps all odors inside the can. So much so that you'll go weeks and forget to empty it because you're not using it much and never smell anything. Highly recommend this. Also, strongly recommend only the iTouchless brand. Other similar ones are cheap, more plastic parts, and simply won't last years and years like iTouchless. I'm just a happy user who hates "cheap junk". I want things to work perfectly and I don't want them to every wear out. Well, if something lasts 10+ years and the price didn't increase too much when I have to buy it again, I'll accept that.

Owned a few months short of 5 yrs, still working. I did need to pull it apart about 2 yrs in after it failed and I found a tiny switch wire detached. I re-soldered the wire and all was well until today, unit failed again. We always felt the lid delay to close was too quick but battery life was pretty good and we have been happy with it. We do not use the fragrance or VOC absorbent pad, just anther expense we can live without. We avoid tossing food out in house can unless close to filling. Found circuit board wiring plug-in fail this time, removing and re-installed a few times to get it to work. I went back to AC adapter operation, moved can close enough to outlet. Seemed to be dragging more and more over the years. Plugged is much better, no bogging down. Pretty sure most people are not interested in diagnosing issues, much less pulling the thing apart, so we are on the fence recommending it. Five yrs is good life but it took some work. I can imagine most auto types do not last 5 years. Best to just buy a manual open trash can. We made a mistake buying a auto-kitchen faucet once. It was a constant headache of fixing and fails from the first day. How hard was a regular faucet to operate? We will own a manual one for life. Live happy and live with manual operation everything, anything electric that can fail will

I bought this product back in 2021 and I LOVE IT!! I was shocked to see that its a frequesmtly returned item I love that it helps keep the bathroom looking clean. The BEST part is that 4 years later, it is STILL working great! The only con that I can think of is the price of the replacement for the trash bag retainer ring, it's a little pricey. I accidently threw it away, so it's not the fault of the product or the manufacturer, but I still wish it cost a little less. Over all the product is GREAT and when my trash can finally does stop working, I WILL BE BUYING A NEW ONE.

This touchless bin is so convenient! We have a bigger one in the kitchen, and when you start using them, you just want to replace all trash bins with touchless ones. This smaller bin is perfect for our bathroom. I bought a cheaper bin first and the lid stopped working after a month and a half. This time I decided to pay a bit more but you're getting more as well. I can recommend this brand.

This is my second purchase of this unit and it’s been more than frequently used over 3 years, it finally gave up, but feel I got more than what I expected from it. I’m sure I’m not alone when I say I don’t want to ‘touch’ a disposing unit before I ‘dispose’ and this is the perfect size for my organics. The bags fit perfectly and I can’t say enough good about it. Clean and simple design too. Love love love it!
