I've heard of this product but what do you do with it?

I first had clotted cream (chilled) on sliced bananas with brown sugar sprinkled on top at a very nice hotel in Houston, Texas. I thought I had died & gone to Heaven! Second time in Scotland at High Tea with warm crumpets & jam SO good!

Is this clotted cream made from 100% grass fed cows?

In England nearly all cows are grazed on pasture. They are only kept indoors in the winter when they are usually fed silage.

According to Amazon, my order was shipped on 12/20 and not expected here until 12/26 to 12/31. Will it be usable?

It should be fine. I ordered 2 and used the second almost 6 months after the first and the cream was just as good.

i will not be able to use the entire jar within three days of opening. Can i divide the jar into indivdual servings and freeze?

The jar is small and you use it like butter. It keeps in the refrigerator just fine. I had mine open for a couple weeks with no problem. But I assume you could take out portions and freeze them. Enjoy.
