Natural Soy 444 Candle Making Wax, 5 lbs.

Easy to use. Makes some beautiful candles.

This wax works great. Also available in 10lb, but I got 5lbs. I made an 8oz lavender candle with this wax. Heated to 180, added fragrance at 150, poured at 120. The outcome came out wonderful and I didn’t even have to do another pour. I have previously used Paraffin beads from Hobby Lobby and found it shrunk a lot causing sinkholes. So I’d either have to repour or use heat to fill in the holes. With this wax it sets within 4-6 hours and it’s looks very creamy, and throws the scent well. I had zero issues with sink holes either. Highly recommend!

I needed a good wax quantity to make a first batch of candles for fun, and the 5 pounds in this order was plenty. The wax is easy to use, melts fast and clear and hardens within minutes in smaller containers. It surprised me more to find a small 4 oz jar will give 6-7 hours of burning. Love it and will buy again.

I ended up grinding the wax into even smaller bits to make it melt that much faster. It does melt quickly and absorbs scents well.The smaller package size has a LOT more wax than I had anticipated! It's definitely going to last me a long time. A lot of crafts actually work differently than you imagine when you buy them online, but this is exactly what I imagined. Melt the wax on a low heat, pour it into whatever container you want, and if you don't use all the wax, you can re-melt it next time with the same results.Basically just what you would want as a candle making hobbyist!

Since buying this, I haven't touched my 464. Has a cleaner look and my wet spots are gone. VERY satisfied!

I use this to make saw dust fire starters and it works perfectly every time.

Great value for candle making needs. This doesn't have a scent, which is great if you prefer to use essential oils. Melts to a yellow tint, but when hardened its white. I was able to make 14/ candles of various sizes.
