Little but mighty!
I love this little teapot! It’s the perfect size for my one cup of green tea in the morning. It may be little, but it has some weight to it. It also comes with a strainer. I bought the green one and it’s so pretty and well made! I’m so happy with my little teapot! The handle does get hot so make sure to use a pot holder! If you’re like me and just want that one cup in the morning, or maybe one at night, this little guy is the perfect size!

My Favorite Teapot
I've had this teapot for about a year now, and I just want to say that it's my absolute favorite! The teapot is beautiful and has remained perfectly rust-free so far. I was a little bit worried when I first bought it because cast iron does rust quickly when exposed to water. However, if you follow the care instructions, there is no issue at all. The inside of the pot has a really nice coating that keeps the rust away as long as you empty the pot and keep it dry when not in use. It's very easy to clean; all it needs is to be emptied, rinsed, and dried. I don't usually boil water in the teapot itself; I boil it in my electric kettle and then pour it into the teapot, so I don't care that it doesn't whistle. I keep the tea warming on the stove in the pot though, and it's perfect for keeping brewed tea at the right temperature so it doesn't grow cold. Also, anyone who complains about the pot burning them is probably the sort of person who would blame a cast iron skillet for burning them when it's hot on the stove. That's a user error, not the teapot’s fault. When the pot is hot on the stove, I use a hand towel to pour, even though the handle does a pretty good job of remaining cool.

Great tea kettle
This tea pot is so cute and looks great sitting out on my stove.. The cast iron is an added plus for heating up the water and the stainless-steel infuser is great for letting the tea seep.. I love using it. I just wish that I would have looked at it a little closer because I would have loved to have gotten just a little bigger one. I have a gas stove, and I just have to watch how I place it on the burner..

Cutest little tea pot ever!
Cutest little teapot ever! And it goes perfectly with all my Lodge cast iron pots and pans, but she looks a little fancier! Love this tea kettle! Great quality for the price, beautiful to look at.

The ounce capacity is misleading.
I just received the tea pot. It was ordered on June 14th ~ not happy about the long delivery period. When you first order it says will be received on xxx which was typical Prime delivery but after ordered you see the longer time. Another issue, is I ordered the 32 ounce. It looked rather small when I first saw it and when I poured 32 ounces into the pot the water spews out of the sprout and at the first top of the pot brim. Not really a big deal, it would be helpful to understand this prior to buying. I would have purchased the larger size. Overall, it appears well made and the appearance is very appealing. I too, won't be able to use stove top, which is what I really wanted but will have to use as a pour over which defeats the purpose of the teapot. But, I certainly don't want to wait another 28 days to receive another one.

works well
cute little water pot for the wood stove. Doesn't hold a lot of water, needs to be filled daily but really cute and serves the purpose. I love ours.
