IT WORKS! But be mindful of what carrier you operate on
So when I first started trying to solve my rural internet issues I was a complete novice and looked through the old channels to solve my issue. For cable internet I was going to have to pay $40k just to get the cable ran to my house. Yes FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! That obviously wasn't going to happen. Then I looked into Satellite internet and that was unreliable and was going to be more expensive than it was worth. I had DSL available to my home but it operated at under dialup speeds...not an exaggeration. I had terrible cell coverage so that wasn't an option either....or so I thought. I stumbled across the WeBoost Home Complete in vast internet searches and watched the few videos available. I decided to spend the money knowing that if it didn't work (I was convinced it probably wouldn't because nothing had to this point) I would return it and get back my money. After doing my initial set up I thought that it didn't work at all and was disappointed. I retried the next day, semi modified my soft setup, but the one change was my wife was home this time. She has ATT, I have Verizon (free work phone). Turns out the signal I was boosting was an ATT tower not Verizon so I saw no gain. I had my wife helping with the decibel readings and she said an expletive once I powered up the booster. She saw her a gain of 30+ decibels on her phone and all the sudden had 5 bars of LTE coverage. THIS IS HUGE NEWS!!!! In close proximity of the indoor antenna she was getting 25-30 Mbps down and 30+ up. Needless to say that is a win. Over 100x improvement in our coverage. Now I am able to justify buying an LTE modem/router for our home use and pop in an Unlimited SIM for internet coverage for the home. I am beyond happy, thank you Wilson Amplifiers for solving our internet woes! Remember its a directional antenna outside so you may only get 1 tower which will only hit the specific cellular provider. In our case that is ATT.

This thing is sweet
I have had a cellphone booster at my get away place for 6 + years. My original one was a Wilson. That booster didn't make it thru the warranty period. As a replacement I got a weboost. The one I bought was about the third most powerful one that Wilson made. I believe the replacement one I received was a weaker version. in the years that I've had it I added a high gain antenna to make the signal a bit stronger. still some days I virtually had little to no signal. Other days, i had a relatively good signal. Recently I got tired of those days where I had no signal and went looking for a upgrade. I'm here to tell you this cell signal booster is the real deal. Easy hookup, of course I already had the infrastructure. The minute I flipped the switch the difference was like night and day. I have a signal now comparable to sitting within a block of a Verizon cell tower. Constant signal. I have had signal in the 70db range. there is times when I'm fairly close to the inside antenna that I've had a 67db signal. I'm around 12 to 15 miles from the antenna that my high gain antenna is pointed at. Don't let the price scare you. If you have a fairly clear line of sight you are going to see a significant difference in your cell signal.

Easy Install
This review was written at the initial time of installation, after installing the app requires you to rate before moving on. So…, initial set up is easy and straightforward. The immediate boost (standing 4 feet from antenna) was significant. I installed in the attic, looks like for best performance it will need to be moved to the ceiling within the interior of the home.

Don’t buy unless you already have a really good signal.
I live in a rural area and have struggled with a poor cellular signal for years. After seeing ads for this product, I did a bunch of research, including downloading the WeBoost app and talking with their customer service/sales people about my test results. They assured me that their system would perform as advertised, but suggested that I upgrade from the proposed selection which was the “multi-room” to the more powerful “home complete”. Based on their assurances I spent the $1000 for the system. It arrived shortly before I left town for my wedding and honeymoon. I was not even thinking about a return period as I was certain that it was going to be just what I needed, based on their assurances. After returning from my trip I rented a bucket truck and installed the unit per the instructions. Everything about the unit tested out as installed correctly, and working, but there was no increase in signal at all unless I was within a few feet of the inside antenna. Even then, it was barely enough to make a call. I contacted support and when I gave them the same readings that I had previously given to the sales side, they told me that the system was not going to do any better than that. The suggested that I rent another bucket truck and try aiming it in every possible direction to see if I could find another signal. They said that my return window had closed and that basically it was my problem now, not theirs. I called back and spoke with a second support person who basically said the same thing after walking me through the testing process. He added that the system requires a pretty strong signal in both quality and power in order to provide the advertised coverage inside your home or business. So, unless you want to be out a $1000 for nothing, do not buy this unit. That is unless you have a really strong signal already…. But then, who has that kind of signal and buys a $1000 booster? What a waste of my hard-earned money!

Weboost has great customer service, but I had issues with the product.
Maybe I glossed over it on Amazon's listing but I thought I would get the 75,000 feet of happy coverage. Nope, it depends on signal outside. 2 Bars of LTE equals more of about 2, 000 feet of happy coverage. That is less if the internal antenna and external antenna are too close. I though I had enough space but after my first call with Weboost tech support, I realized with their help I needed to move the external antenna. To their credit they sent me a free to me longer cable. I moved that darn external antenna all over my yard and roof. I would get LTE on my phone in my front room, dining room, and kitchen only... when it worked. It was very intermittent. I called Tech support again. This time we trouble shoot things and turned out part of the system might have been faulty. I was offered a replacement part or I could return it. Problem was by the time a part got to me it would go past the return window. So I set up the return. Then I made the biggest mistake of this endeavor. I purchased the step down, the multi room booster, thinking that would be good as I really only needed the living room covered and its half the price. I also ordered directly from the supplier as they had great customer service. But I didn't, I thought I did, but I instead ordered from Wilson Electronics which is listed as one of the company names. I paid for 2 day shipping and got it 4 days later, not due to UPS but due to them not shipping it until 2 days after I ordered it. I got it and installed it. Nice green bar, but not upgrade in service. I called tech support and they transferred me to Wilson and they tried to upsell me on a new cable. Nope, I wanted to be done with it and return it. They made me pay to return it even though it didn't work out of the box. They also want it back exactly as they sent it. Amazon did not. If you make this purchase know this. Tech support from WeBoost is great. Order it from Amazon in case it doesn't work, that way if you dont have the original box your not up a creek. I have lost a lot of time and energy and almost $100 in shipping from my mistake of ordering it from Wilson Signal Booster.

Not really worth the money
Pros: Package arrived as described. Install was easy. Just follow the videos and instructions. Now to the Cons: I live about 15 miles south of town. Closest cell tower is about 7 miles or so from my house, it is an ATT tower. Service at my residence is ok, depending on where you are inside the house, you may have 1 bar 5G or 3 bars LTE. We also use a wifi pack for internet that works off cell service. I have a weBoost system in my truck that works great for cell service when you are in areas with little to no service. I figured I’d buy the Whole Home package and give it a try. WeBoost recommended installing an an called Opensignal, they (weBoost) also have an app for finding cell towers, I downloaded both. The Opensignal app doesn’t even locate cell towers in my area, it will show either green or red where service is good, but doesn’t show the nearest tower (worthless). The weBoost app doesn’t necessarily show the tower, but gives a compass direction to the closest tower. Once I installed the antenna on my roof, I used the weBoost app to locate cell signal. Which showed to point my antenna to the SouthWest. I hooked everything up inside as directed. I placed the inside antenna as close to the middle of my house as I could (this system says whole home 5,000 sq. ft., my house is around 2,200 sq. ft.). Plugged the system in and had green lights. Initially, I tested my signal beforehand with 1 bar 5G and reading of -105db (which according to their chart is good signal). Once everything was up and running, I tested the signal again, about 4’ from the inside antenna, boom! Had 4 bars 5G. Service on phone and Wi-Fi was incredible! Walked away from antenna in to a different room in the house about 40’ from inside antenna and boom! Back to LTE service. So, the theory of the 5,000 sq. ft. coverage is BS. Walked back closer to antenna and boom! 4 bars 5G. So, that test proved that this system ISN’T for a whole house covering 5,000 sq. ft. So, the next day I wanted to test the direction of the outside antenna, opened the weBoost app and entered all the info, boom! Compass pointed to the Northwest as the closest tower, really? Opposite direction and would explain why the service wasn’t that great the day before. So me being dumb, adjust the antenna to the new direction, and boom! Same crappy service as before. With all that being said, I really don’t believe this system is worth $900 and some change, to help boost your service. Now, maybe if you lived closer to town and not the piney woods of North Louisiana, this system would work great. Now, I’m stuck with a $900 system that offers no better service than the $500 cell phone bill I pay monthly. And, I never write reviews, but figured I’d give my opinion on this system, before someone else drops their money on a system that really doesn’t work as advertised. Buy and use at own risk.

Perfect for WFH! Great app!
Perfect for working from home. My home office is in the basement in my house and I had issues with unclear calls. We had installed one of these in a cabin that is in the middle of nowhere and saw great results so decided that one for the home office would be perfect. The app is awesome and walks you through the whole installation process, including videos and tools for pointing the antenna in the right direction and even tells me how much my signal improved. Their customer support team is here in the US at the same location they make everything which is really nice. This really puts them above all the competition which comes from China. I’ve tried those and you get what you pay for. I also like how these support all carriers at the same time.
